It’s a nice tv, but I have had better models from Samsung. I really think my main issues are the refresh rate and I wish I had order a size up. The tv I moved to another room has a refresh rate of 120 so I can see the difference. If the refresh rate it’s an issue for you then this is the tv to buy.

This Samsung smart TV does so is much more than our previous LG smart tv. This TV is much smarter! It has taken us a while to learn. And I'm sure there will be more. It does help to have knowledge of apps or someone who can do it for you. The remote is small and very thin. Would like it if it was larger and heavier. It is rechargeable and seems to work ok. The buttons are small also. The volume and channel only has one button for each. Not one for up and one for down. You push the lower side of button for up and the upper side for down. You can use the speaker for many things. Volume, channels, apps and more. Color is great! Would buy again. Shipping was great. Was delivered by USPS. No damage at all. Manual is online Would prefer a printed one. But all companies are doing that. It works with my hearing aids via optical cord. And tv speakers work at the same time. External speakers can also work at the same time with internal speakers but have not been able to get them synced to my liking. Good luck. ... show more

I like the TV for what it's worth... Oh my goodness what am I saying?! I have never paid this price for CRT TVs in the day. Anyways I digress. The picture is fine, the real test will be when hubby sees it, he can see pixels and the grainy images better than I can, or care to. I mean I don't go looking for it, if it doesn't stand out. With that said, no grainy picture from my perspective. However, the sound quality is so so low, and then it gets really loud without warning or adjusting the volume. Definitely going to invest in a soundbar and subwoofer. I've been pricing those here on Amazon... Man! I guess I'm cheap! Lol. Anyways, before I conclude my review, I also wanna say, get a screen protector... This TV has barely any framing, so lifting it out of the box proved to be a challenge despite all the helpful directions that were there to guide through that process. Open that box up all the way so you can see all 4 corners. But with those tidbits I'd recommend. ... show more

I liked it all, as a matter of fact, I went out and bought the exact same unit from BestBuy after this one failed. There is nothing wrong with the product, these things happen however the returns process is a joke.
