So I bought the 43" version of this The Frame TV (no longer offered) because it includes a 4 years Extended Protection Plan, which looks like a good deal. After receiving the item and setting it up with my brand new The Frame stand, I decided to contact the seller (Beach Camera) via email about the protection plan. They told me this item is fulfilled by Amazon so I should contact Amazon. I chatted with 2 Amazon representatives (1 was supervisor), talked on the phone with 2 more representatives (1 was a specialist) and they were giving me the runaround. Told me to contact Samsung, which I did already but Samsung said this warranty is not offered by them, so they can't help me to honor it and advised me to contact Amazon. After all the hassle, the only help Amazon can offer is for me to return the TV for a refund. SERIOUSLY?! The ONLY option you can offer me is to return the TV (box already thrown away) because they can't honor the protection plan??? I mean, you can literally see that the plan is still "bundled" with the TV's right now. This looks like a scam to me, from both Beach Camera and Amazon.
