Thought this is a gift for my daughter who uses it to design tattoo artwork. There is some tattoo software that won't run on it that is made for iPads but other than that it does an amazing job!

    • Technical problems, poor packaging
So I won't include an image because its exactly as pictured, no damage, no signs of ware, the tablet looked pretty much brand new. It was factory reset, and ran perfect at first opening, however we ran into an issue. After turning it on and getting it ready for my mother (I got it for her for school) it just suddenly crashed. Originally I thought maybe it was just a system update and it was restarting, however it was stuck on the same samsung power on screen. It started out 1 minute, then turned to five minutes, and finally to over 30 minutes of being stuck on that screen despite varied attempts to shut it off or even restart it. I finally resorted to the Samsung support through the website to force restart it, however I had to do it 3 times to get it to finally work appropriately and factory reset it twice myself thanks to my hx in IT, and I was able to clear the ghosting on tbe screen. The tablet is working fine now, its run great, no issues with it being slow this far, but I was rather annoyed. This is a great tablet so far for the most part, but do expect their might be some tech issues that need to be fixed in this refurbished model. Im not disappointed in the purchase, but I do wish they would have insured that this wouldn't have been an issue before selling it. If you want a samsung lite for a good deal I will say this buy was pretty good, just expect the possibility of a minor tech issue after opening. I also wasn't thrilled that it was just put in a box, no padding what so ever to keep it safe during delivery. It wasn't even a small tight box, it was just a normal amazon box. They absolutely went as cheap as possible before sending. If the tablet were to have been visibly damaged my review would very much be different right now. ... show more

    • It is refurbished, but I wouldn't know it. It's like new!
I bought this bigger tablet to replace a smaller Galaxy Tab A, and the speed and features are great! I am still learning things so I could probably review it again at a later date. But so far it is great; I love watching videos and even having WhatsApp available on it. I recommend it!

    • nice help with getting s pen
i got a renewed one and got a cheap stylus but they were great getting the s pen to me. thank you for the help. the tablet is great and the s pen works wonderful with it compared to the cheap stylus. i use it to draw on the go, very reliable.
