We really liked this chair before we ordered it. The price we thought was great. The chair was described as adjusting for a person up to 6'1" in height as me and my husband both wanted to use this massage chair, however we found after assembling the chair that the legs manually adjust by you pushing on the bottom of the foot rest with your feet to extend the footrest and it doesn't seem to lock into place meaning you have to keep continued pressure on the feet to keep it down. The chair is easy to assemble and does look nice. Make sure you consider how much room the chair will take up at zero gravity. The company was communicative and answered our messages promptly, they continued to work with us to get a good resolution to our problem. I appreciate their attempts to resolve the issue as it was their website that prompted us to purchase and we feel that the company provided very good customer service, considering our situation and working with us to get this situation resolved to our satisfaction. I would recommend this based on the companies customer service and the cost to benefits of this chair! ... show more
