    • GREAT PURCHASE! GREAT PRESENT!
I got this for my 10yo daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! It has worked perfectly, the pen was missing when it came in, but I messaged the seller and a replacement was sent immediately! Battery life is pretty good. About 4 hours of constant play on a full battery. Roblox will deplete a battery really fast! But that's ok because it's very easy to use and has all the Samsung drawing features which she does more than anything! Sound is excellent, it functions quickly! It was a great purchase and very inexpensive! ... show more

    • Great product and Excellent Customer Service
I purchased this for my daughter as a gift. When it arrived, a small portion of the tablet did not read the pen. I texted the company, as suggested with the card provided and they immediately sent another pen (as this seemed logical bc the tablet was fine with our fingers). The pen was received immediately. Sadly It did not work and they sent out a new tablet ,also immediately. Customer Service was professional, kind and took care of it with no hassle. My daughter loves the tablet, its features, quality, and overall function. Will def highly recommend this company and their products. I cannot boast enough about this company. ... show more

    • Good condition but slow
Product came in good condition but after ysing it for a few weeks it was super slow. I reloaded it a few times and same thing, I guess the seller failed to mention it has some sort of mother board issue.

    • Impressed considering it's a refurb
Tablet pretty much looks like new (you have to look really close at the edges to see really minor scratches on the aluminum) and if I didn't buy it myself, I would never know it was a refurb. Glass is clear and completely free of scratches, and everything runs fine. HOWEVER, tablet didn't come with headphones (fine with me, didn't need them) and the charger that came with it was not fast charge AND didn't even work. Not a problem since I have many of them. Knocked a star off because of those two things. Overall, very happy with my purchase. ... show more

    • Unwanted Verizon tablet
Nowhere on the ad does it say you could receive a Verizon tablet. I purposely looked for one that does not say Verizon, because I don't like the extra software that you can't uninstall added to it. Also there's a notification that I can't dismiss about needing a SIM card. It's not enough of a bother for me to return it and wait forever to get another one, but not what I wanted. Misleading listing. Aside from that, the tablet works well and the s pen is good. So if you don't mind getting a Wi-Fi only or a Verizon tablet, this would be a good buy. If you do mind, maybe try somewhere else. ... show more

    • As if its brand new.
I have to say, if it wasn't for the box doesn't have that fresh plastic wrap, I would have no idea that this is a used product at all. Its as if its new. And since its refurb, it actually can be new. I am very satisfied with what I got, the delivery was fast and on time as usual. The S3 Tablet itself, its nice to see Android O running on it, hopefully Android P will get its way into it as well. Screen is very bright and vibrant and the Snapdragon in it makes my old Tab A look like a 100 year behind. ... show more
