This tablet was as advertised. It came promptly. There was a small issue with the tablet and the seller handled everything very quickly with good communication. The battery was good and everything functions as it should. I actually would have preferred it to come with Android 14 so it would have the same look and feel as another tablet I own and compatiblity with all my apps, but it came with Android 16. I bought a galaxy tab s 10 plus . Everything work but i found that s pen is not connected and is faulty . Quite disappointing. I am contacting the seller about the issue lets see how it goes and will update you guys later An update to my last review: I reach out them and they simply send me another replacement unit of s-pen and it work flawlessley. Excellent customer service.Highly recommended. You can buy from them blindly...and thanks for your awsome customer service experience ... show more

First of all, I ordered a Wi-Fi only version of the tablet, refurbished excellent option. That’s what I ordered, so why the hell did I get sent a Verizon version?? I thought that would be the only issue, but no. When I tried turning it on for the first time, it wouldn’t turn on. This isn’t an issue, as it just needed to be plugged in. what was the issue was that it seemed totally dead at first, not even showing the ‘charge me’ symbol when I tried to turn it on. I plugged it in and let it sit for a few minutes, then turned it on. When I turned it on, I noticed it was not only a Verizon tablet, but also that it wasn’t even factory reset. Whoever owned it before was damn lucky I didn’t try to steal their data before I factory reset it myself. When I plugged it out, it turned off completely, as if I pulled the power cord for a tv, it lost all power and wouldn’t turn on until I plugged it back in to let it charge more. I assumed I shook it too hard or something, so I tried recreating the issue (by walking around with it in my hand and tilting it around), but it didn’t happen, so I ruled it off as a one-time thing (it isn’t a one-time thing). When I transferred over my data to it, it seemed to work perfectly fine. I was loving it so far, but then all of a sudden, black screen. I had to turn it on again. This was the second time it ‘died’, still with 71% battery left. I assumed I shook it too hard again and still pressed on. It happened another time while I was playing a game. By now you’d think it’s defective, but here’s another issue. It didn’t happen again for not one day, but THREE WEEKS. I may be in the wrong yes, but I assumed that since it didn’t give the problem for three weeks straight, that it was just some bug that got fixed by an update I did three or less weeks ago. I did about six updates since then. Now, the tablet still gives the issue of turning off for no reason. It seems to give the issue if I do a little bit more than watch a video or type a document. If I play a game and move it around without letting it sit for a while like a hot stove, there’s a chance it will cut out. What’s even worse is that it doesn’t have to do something slightly heavy. If I use the s pen with it, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will stop working, and even some of my app widgets will start glitching like I’m doing a cartridge tilt on an n64. How did no one notice this while they ‘refurbished’ the device? Right now, as it is, I’m scared to use it. If I use it to play a game, I risk corrupting my data, if I use it to type a document stored locally (because I rather doing that than using cloud all the time), I risk corrupting my data, and if I use it to risk corrupting my data… I risk corrupting my data. It’s a real shame this is how it is right now, because in that three-week period of no issues, I loved it. It made me very happy to have a tablet; not having to haul my laptop around everywhere I went, but now I can’t even use it confidently, without worrying about ruining my files, and it’s not even my fault. ... show more
