Phone was sold as a new unlocked phone. From the beginning, it was lacking a the factory installed voicemail app. Ut. Within 3 months, I could not make/receive outgoing calls...only Emergency calls. Then, message/texting would not work...closing down immediately when tapped. Verizon could not fix issues and suggested a new phone. Verizon determined it was a SW issue on this particular phone. I did reach out to Integron, but they have not responded. I believe I should get a full refund. I DO NOT recommend them as a vendor. ... show more
