I purchased a “renewed excellent”. Great iPhone 15 Pro Max , everything does work. It’s at 87% capacity for the battery, not bad. A few very light scratches on the front screen, but there is one that is a bit more noticeable than the others. Outside of that the phone is in great condition. I would rate it a 8.5/10. I would have purchased the renewed premium if I knew I would still have to sign for the package. For any one leaving their feedback I would suggest putting the type of “renewed” you purchased. It’ll help others decide which one to go with. Overall great experience.

Great iPhone,it came in on time and it works great.Didn’t come charged but after charging for 2 hours it fully charged at 100%.I was able to transfer everything from my old phone to this one in seconds and the phone was in excellent condition when it arrived.Im very pleased with it hope to keep enjoying it for some time

I got this phone in February. It has had non stop issues such as freezing, exiting out of apps by itself, a lag between typing and when the words show up, etc. I sent the seller a message shortly after asking if they could send a replacement. They couldn’t help unless I returned it first, and went phoneless for the amount of time it took to return, received, and replace this one. However, I have a special needs children and I cannot go without a way to communicate with her care team when needed. Then last night, I was just walking in my hallway and the top camera literally fell off my phone. It wasn’t dropped, dinged on anything, etc. the camera literally fell off the phone and nobody can fix the camera. The whole phone needs to be replaced. The camera piece is currently taped on my phone otherwise it just falls right out.

honestly i was so scared i guess its a hit or miss based on the reviews i dont see any scratches on the front screen and no dings or scratches on the side just 2 dings on the camera but they did not affect the camera quality i upgraded from my 11 so maybe its just like way too good to me but its a really good phone it came in 3 days service was easy i use straight talk this review is a few hours after getting it and it was a little hot after updating and setting it up but now its perfect!!

The phone it self looked pretty good except the screen, what’s the point of paying for excellent quality if the screen is going to be scratched, otherwise the phone was fine, no other scratches on the body but lowkey it was a little dirty when I got it, I had to like clean some stuff around the camera bump. The packaging it came in made me scared that it was counterfeit lowkey. I mean it has 5G it’s e sim only which I could care less, connectivity works great. It was easy to set up which I would expect nothing less. I was just really ticked off about the screen, like, according to Amazon renewed the only phone condition that would have scratches on the screen is “acceptable” which goes for a whole lot less that excellent. Whatever I guess, I didn’t want to return it after there was a delay (my impatient self LOL) Also the hearing is a problem, it always has been, finally fixed with the IPhone 17 series so if heat will make you wanna die then I’d consider looking into that.

I bought this "refurbished" iPhone 15 Pro Max on July 16, 2025, received it on July 17, 2025. i was able to successfully reset it and transfer data from my old iPhone. However, it's battery capacity wasn't as I expected as it lasted really shorter than even my old iPhone. The phone was also responding slowly, and within 2 days, I tried to reset it and now it started overheating dangerously, got stuck in a boot loop, and became completely unresponsive. I performed a simple factory reset to connect my old phone again, and that triggered a meltdown — literally. The phone keeps restarting on the "Hello" screen in multiple languages and won’t let me swipe or enter anything. I can’t shut it down or force restart it, and it’s now getting hot enough to worry about a fire risk. Worse, I had already activated my eSIM, and when I was reseting it, I chose an option of erasing only data without eSim, so I’m now locked out of my own data. This is not a minor defect. This is a safety hazard. It feels like either a rushed refurb job or a defective unit passed off as refurbished. For $788.61, I expected better. I’m contacting Amazon for a full refund or replacement. In the meantime, I hope i get it.
