I love it! Functions amazing. I feel like it charges a little slow but it could just be the charger. Def recommend buying it. No scratches or cracks :)

The iPhone arrived defective from the very first power-on. As soon as the device was turned on it displayed a temperature warning and could not be used normally. In addition, the MagSafe magnet did not work correctly. The phone was essentially unusable from the beginning. I immediately documented the issue with photos and videos and contacted support. The return process itself was already complicated, but the refund process has been even more difficult. After returning the device, the refund was issued to a payment method that no longer exists, and my bank confirmed that no funds were received. Since then I have spent many hours contacting support trying to resolve the situation. The process has taken weeks and has required multiple chats and calls just to try to locate the refund. For a product at this price level, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I recommend that buyers carefully check the seller and be aware that resolving problems can take a significant amount of time if something goes wrong.

I received this phone in under 2-3 days of ordering it and it is in excellent refurbished condition! I highly recommend this seller because so far this phone has worked perfectly. Granted I’ve only had it for one day but so far so good!!

The phone arrived early, which was great. But once it was unboxed, a large scratch was noticed on the top of the screen. A message was sent to the seller as the phone was advertised as excellent, and they responded immediately and offered a full refund if I wished to send the phone back or a 5% refund if I kept it. Other than the scratch, there are no other cosmetic flaws. The phone operates perfectly, and the battery whole a good charge. So I'll be keeping it. This is a good seller that stands behind the product they sell.

I was very skeptical in buying a refurbished phone and also not willing to pay $1200 for the iPhone 16 pro max but I must say, this phone is indeed in an excellent condition. The battery health was at 97 when I received it. Haven’t had any issues so far. However, I saw a tiny scratch on the screen, which I don’t mind as it is very difficult to notice. Plus the screen protector has made this scratch invisible. Camera works great, the phone feels very light and it looks very very clean. This is my first ever iPhone and I am glad I bought it from this seller. Overall for a refurbished phone, I will give this product a 9/10.

I really wanted to love this. I am thinking I got a default one. It keeps freezing all the time when I am on the most important activities, it gets extremely hot even when it’s not charging and the battery life it’s very poor. I think it’s because it gets so hot and that drains it even more. I still have my older version, so I was hoping a lot for this one. I use apps like WhatsApp and at one point it froze and I couldn’t get it to work and the app literally blocked me, so I installed it and I lost a lot of stuff from it. ( very bad ) I am returning this one and I will be ordering a second one and hopefully that one will work. Base on the reviews, my guess is that the problem is this device itself. Even the dictionary is faulty, I have 3 languages working on my phone and it’s very important all of them work properly. Let see what happened with the second one. I just have so much in the phone and it’s a pain to get all the passwords and stuff to set it up. Hopefully the next one works just fine.
