I will say the phone came In great condition only thing is some scratch in the back but besides that is really good and the battery came in as 86% but I canât complain since Is based on luck you either get the best quality or the worst and also came unlocked which is perfect 9.5/10. ( also the quality of the picture I took is bad because my iPhone 12 camera is broken lol )

The phone it self looked pretty good except the screen, whatâs the point of paying for excellent quality if the screen is going to be scratched, otherwise the phone was fine, no other scratches on the body but lowkey it was a little dirty when I got it, I had to like clean some stuff around the camera bump. The packaging it came in made me scared that it was counterfeit lowkey. I mean it has 5G itâs e sim only which I could care less, connectivity works great. It was easy to set up which I would expect nothing less. I was just really ticked off about the screen, like, according to Amazon renewed the only phone condition that would have scratches on the screen is âacceptableâ which goes for a whole lot less that excellent. Whatever I guess, I didnât want to return it after there was a delay (my impatient self LOL) Also the hearing is a problem, it always has been, finally fixed with the IPhone 17 series so if heat will make you wanna die then Iâd consider looking into that.

Iâve been using the iPhone 15 Pro Max for about 3 days and itâs been a genuine pleasure to use. A very needed upgrade from my iPhone XR. The price is unbeatable, additionally to the many features and benefits that come with this phone. I canât recommend this product enough. Disclaimer if you have a good amount of data from your previous device, the process of transferring it could take a while. Set up your phone in a time frame that will be most suitable for you.

This refurbished iPhone 15 Pro Max has almost 10x the storage of my iPhone 12. Data and phone number transfer (cloning my old iPhone 12) was a breeze. Phone looks brand new and not a nick or scratch on this phone. Battery maximum capacity is 83% which is lower than I hoped but my first day with the phone and battery seems to work normally (time will tell). Camera seems to take great photos (see attached example). Overall after my first day with this iPhone 15Pro Max, I'm very pleased.

IT WAS AN AMAZING PURCHASE! When looking at it when first receiving it. The small protector on the phone wasnât placed evenly but there was no signs of scratches or possible damage. All in all that it was in good shape! When first turning it on it was on 60% which gives you enough time to set up! If youâre looking into purchasing this, I say go for it! The only downside was the lack of placement of the thin protection over the phone when you first take it out of the box. But there is nothing wrong with the phone!

I live in Colombia and received the phone through a freight forwarder. Unfortunately, the device arrived with several issues: the battery overheats and drains very quickly, and both the screen and the battery are not genuine. The main camera lens is scratched, causing blurry focus and photo defects, and there was also cosmetic wear not mentioned in the listing. Iâve previously purchased refurbished Apple products in âexcellentâ conditionâincluding Apple Watches and MacBooksâand this is the first time Iâve had an experience like this. For context, I purchased this phone listed as âexcellent condition.â I contacted the seller and, after seeing some positive reviews, suggested a replacement. However, they said they had no stock available. They offered $25 to keep the phone or a refund, which doesnât even come close to covering all these defects. They also stated that if I was outside the U.S., they wouldnât cover return shippingâfortunately, my freight forwarding service allows returns, but not all do. Luckily, I still had my iPhone 13, which allowed me to wait for the refund process without being left without a phone. Since a replacement isnât possible, returning the device for a full refund is the only solution

The phone arrived early, which was great. But once it was unboxed, a large scratch was noticed on the top of the screen. A message was sent to the seller as the phone was advertised as excellent, and they responded immediately and offered a full refund if I wished to send the phone back or a 5% refund if I kept it. Other than the scratch, there are no other cosmetic flaws. The phone operates perfectly, and the battery whole a good charge. So I'll be keeping it. This is a good seller that stands behind the product they sell.
