I purchased the iPhone 16 Plus (256 GB) and received a unit in excellent condition. There was no cosmetic damage on the body or screen, except for a very small nick on the metal housing around one of the camera lenses. Since the mark was not on the lens itself, it hasn’t affected photo quality at all. Everything else matched the listing exactly. The sensors, cameras, storage capacity, and overall condition were all as promised. The battery health was 98% maximum capacity at 284 cycles when I received it (a cycle means the equivalent of using 100% of the battery’s capacity, not necessarily all at once). After using the phone as my daily driver for over a month, it’s now 96% at 301 cycles, which is still very solid for a refurbished device. Overall, this ended up being a great purchase and I’d consider it well worth the price. ... show more

OK let me just start out by saying that if had many good things come from Amazon renewed and this phone is another banger. I received the best looking phone with the best battery outcome I could ask for....now the screen did have a visible scratch but screen protector on top and it's fine. The battery is literally new with 3 cycles...yes 3 cycles, so basically new. It's an iPhone at a good price and with going renewed you are saving the planet. The plus is the right size for me and there hasn't been any overheating and touch sensitivity is great.if you had any doubts on going renewed don't. It's a win/win ... show more

The screen was great. No scratches, no blemishes, no spots or marks on the screen whatsoever! I got the premium excellent condition so the phone literally looked brand new from the Apple Store. The only time it tends to overheat is if it’s been out in the sun or if I’m not using a fast charger. The size is good. It’s literally the same size as the iPhone 14-15plus. The value of it is good considering that it looked brand new. It was very easy to use and transfer my e-sim iCloud information over and the durability of it is also really good. I purchased this Amazon Renewed phone in Excellent Condition, so I was disappointed when it arrived with noticeable scratches, especially on the screen. The screen scratches were significant enough to stand out immediately, which was surprising considering the phone I used for the last three years had fewer scratches than this one. Based on the outer appearance, it also looks like the phone may have been dropped at some point, as there are visible signs of wear around the exterior. On the positive side, the phone arrived with 91% battery health, and it has been functioning properly so far with no performance issues.
