Unfortunately, the TV I ordered arrived but had a large crack going through the screen. The box actually looked pretty decent so this was surprising. The seller, MODIA, specifically the rep there Vinni reached out to me shortly after the TV was delivered. When informed of this issue Vinni acted promptly to get the TV returned and sent out a replacement. While disappointed the TV arrived damaged, I have never in my life experienced such attentive customer service. The new TV was delivered today and is working as expected and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and experience with MODIA.

We bought this TV a few weeks ago and it finally arrived, we got it up and mounted and upon the first time turning it on it had a green line down the middle where an LED had blown out. Closer inspection showed a tiny crack in the bottom. We started the return process but since they couldn't pick it up for a week we figured we'd leave it up until we had someone over to help us get it down safely. Apparently that was the wrong choice because the crack expanded and the TV almost caught fire just being plugged in. We came in the door from being out and there was a smell of burning plastic and there was a burn/melted mark on the screen where the crack was. My husband quickly unplugged it and that seems to have stopped it but I can't imagine what would have happened if we hadn't gotten home sooner. Was going to reorder the same product but now I'm kind of second guessing that.

Great price for a superior quality tv. The OLED display is hands down one of the best I've seen. The Samsung app is easy to navigate and connected to my wifi with on a few clicks. The overall TV is responsive and works well.

If it doesn't resolve its self this week I’ll just have to return this somehow or throw a fit. Additionally, the whole need sign up an email os infuriating. And my other complaint or concern is that connecting a PC to this has a weird thing where the picture very very slightly exceeds the frame. It seemingly comes and goes weirdly and on different edges even. Might be a settings thing. Otherwise, the picture is looking phenomenal to me at the moment.
