I hesitate to write a negative review, I'm the sort, if I discover a problem I tend to move on, not make the same problematic purchase twice and hope the next person received a more desirable outcome than I did. So I guess the place for me to start is, I purchased this television to be a display device in a conference room. I have been considering adding a frame. But I have not chosen to do so thus far. In the setup process, the user is prompted to install a box that would supposedly handle various forms of input (HDMI, USB, etc.). It's called a Wireless One Connection. To do this, the box is supposed to be put in pairing mode for a bluetooth connection to the television proper. I was never able to complete this installation. It seemed to me that the box refused to enter pairing mode. Eventually, I was presented with the ability to "skip" this installation and proceed with the rest of the setup. On day one, I was able to set up Youtube and was able to cast a laptop display to the television. I was enamored with the art display option. So, I added a couple of personal images to be displayed when the unit was otherwise not in use. What I experienced was each time I returned to use the television, it became slower and slower to respond, to the point that it was unusable. I reached out through Amazon Support for this product, which included a call back option which I chose. When I received the call back, the support was a list of pre-scripted, automated responses. I never got to speak with a person as indicated. During this time, I consulted with AI on solutions to my problem. AI produced a list of known issues with this television, my issue was #2 on the list. At AI's suggestion, I reset the television, which caused me to go through the setup process again. There were additional complications. But ultimately I was able to get the television into a state to make the connection to a computer. Because this was the primary reason for making the purchase, I have ceased trying to use the television for any other purpose, no art, no streaming services, no support. I'm afraid this was a purchase too expensive to let the issues pass without saying something. If Samsung would like to reach out, I would welcome it. ... show more

I bought the Samsung Frame Pro specifically for the new Wireless One Connect Box, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. My One Connect Box is located only about 3 feet from the TV inside a cabinet, yet the wireless connection constantly glitches. The picture skips and stutters, audio drops out randomly, and the overall viewing experience is unreliable. This happens despite the box being well within Samsung’s advertised wireless range. What makes this even more frustrating is that Samsung removed the wired backup connection that existed on previous Frame models. If the wireless connection is going to be the only option, it needs to work flawlessly. Instead, there is no fallback when the wireless connection becomes unstable. We upgraded from the original Samsung Frame and honestly wish we could go back. The older model may not have been perfect, but at least it delivered a consistent viewing experience. The Frame Pro feels like a step backward in a feature that should have been an improvement. The one bright spot in this experience was the return process. Returning the TV was simple and hassle-free, and that part of the experience was excellent. Unfortunately, the ease of returning it does not make up for the disappointment of having to return a premium television in the first place. For a premium TV at this price point, this is unacceptable. The wireless feature was one of the main reasons we upgraded, and it has turned out to be the biggest disappointment. Samsung needs to address these reliability issues because the current experience falls far short of expectations. We are returning the TV and looking elsewhere. ... show more
