The seller was responsive and most helpful when freight company delayed delivery by 6 days for no reason. Would buy from this seller again. I am happy with the TV overall though the Samsung firmware is not the best. Do not listen to YouTube pundits' recommendations for picture settings.     • Incredible for bright rooms and HDR content
This was an upgrade from an earlier generation Samsung QLED (KS8000). It had a great picture, but the local dimming was very limited because it was edge lit. So going from that to a second gen mini LED (local dimming on steroids) was a bigger upgrade than I realized. The blacks end up looking like OLED, and the brightness gets brighter than most OLED can get, so the result is more impactful contrast and impressive HDR when watching the right content. Brightness matters a lot when you’re in a bright room, which is definitely the case for me. I’m extremely pleased. Maybe my next set will be OLED once they can achieve similar brightness and eliminate burn in. ... show more

I had a decent 65" Samsung 4K TV previous to this so I wasn't really expecting much of an upgrade other than the size and switching to Tizen, but boy was I wrong!!! This thing is amazing, it's like re-discovering 4K all over again.
