  • Perfect TV for my Den!
Size: 42 Inch
This TV is really nice. Beautiful colors and it is plenty bright. The antiglare is phenomenal. I have bay windows behind me and I see zero glare. I use this in my den/office next to my computer setup and it is the perfect size since I am close to it. I recently got a 55" Samsung OLED for my family room and loved it so much I had to get this one too. Both the 4K Upscaling and Motion Pro work great. ... show more

  • Great value
Size: 42 Inch
Remarkable clarity and color brightness. The picture quality is better than my 55" OLED TV. I don't even need a sound bar with this Samsung S90H smart TV.

Well worth waiting for the 2026 modeled OLED HDR NQ4 AI Gen3 processor. Color, picture quality and slim design definitely worth the price.

  • Splendid picture and vibrant sound Splendid picture and vibrant sound
Size: 55 Inch
This is a review for the 55" Oled S90H model. Categorized as a mid range TV. Delivery of the TV went without a glitch, the people delivering where careful with the box. Removing the TV from the box takes two people and a little patience as you do not want to damage the very thin screen. The screen is well protected though so unlikely to put fingerprints on it. If you mount it on the stand it is super quick and easy, no tools required. Setting up the TV is pretty simple, there is an AI mode I think that is what it is that decides the best settings for you. If you are not aware to access the apps built on the TV you will need a Samsung account. I do and with the QR code this was done in seconds. The picture quality on the TV is amazing, just compared to my last Samsung which is just two years old and has a great picture, this is way better for a similar price range. And while the quality of the picture is that good the sound is what makes the difference. The clarity, volume, everything is amazing. No need for a sound bar with this TV. While I have not played games for a while I can say that this TV as is will be sufficient for most gamers. The listing on Amazon has good information on the TV however going straight to Samsung will give you more info. I am not a tech guy, so a lot of the specs make little sense to me but as long as the picture and sound are stunning I'm good. AI everywhere it seems. AI enhanced picture, AI motion enhancer pro, AI powered voice enhancement. As for the sound, multi dimensional making you think the sound is moving around, a little like a 5.1 set up. I have only been watching the TV for 3 days when time allows, and this has been a real treat. Somethings to mention, the quality of the picture being extremely good at times is letting your viewing experience down. For example you will see how cheap digital trickery is done, looking poorly executed. With some shows you will see that the crew is on a set not a real streat or room, very much like a daytime show. This is not criticizing the TV but the experience. Also, perhaps due to settings or my Wifi, in very fast action scenes I have detected blur around the action. Not bad but it is there. Most times the picture is just as great as you see it on TVs set up in big stores but never get when you get back home. The chip, NQ4, AI processor, I understand comes with seven years of upgrades. So hopefully the TV will last this long and the technology won't get obsolete too fast. I need to mention that the screen is matte not glassy, some people like that some people don't. It has an anti glare feature witch should make watching it in a sunny area more pleasant. I have mine in a shaded room at the moment. The TV comes with a standard remote, few bottoms but sufficient. It is solar powered or if needed it has a USB C connector. Apparently you can set up your phone to control the TV. Quite a few options to look into and different settings to try. This will take time but again, right out of the box the TV is ready for optimal sound and picture. So pretty good for a mid range TV. Price wise it is a little pricey compared to the TVs you find at discount retailers and for which the price seem to be hitting new lows every day but let's be fair, here Samsung a very well established brand is selling the latest technology. This TV for the reason listed above offers great value I believe. So far I am really enjoying the experience. I have taken a couple of pictures of the TV screen but they don't do justice to watching the real thing. ... show more

  • My Living Room Just Time-Traveled to the Future (My Eyes Are Still Catching Up)
Size: 77 Inch
When I first wrestled this thing out of the box, I felt like I was holding a razor-thin sheet of sci-fi glass that someone accidentally left in "sun mode." Samsung bumped brightness 15% over last year, and I can confirm: this OLED is so aggressively bright I had to tone it down before my retinas filed an HR complaint . Once dialed in, the inky blacks and punchy highlights made everything from prestige dramas to trashy reality TV look absurdly good. The anti-glare matte finish is the controversial hero here—Samsung's first time bringing "Glare Free" coating down to the S90 series . Even with a window death-staring the screen, reflections vanish. Some purists worry matte kills that glossy OLED "pop," but I'm firmly Team Matte: zero reflections beats slightly deeper blacks when I can actually see what's happening at 2 PM on a Sunday. Setup oscillated between "wow, slick" and "why are you like this." The stand snapped on tool-free, QR pairing auto-grabbed my Wi-Fi like magic, then Samsung politely extorted me for an account before letting me use apps I'd already signed into. I also spent quality time in settings jail disabling the soap-opera effect that made The Godfather look like a deleted scene from The Office. The AI upscaling genuinely impresses—old 1080p content looks sharp and clean, motion stays smooth during sports, and only bottom-tier YouTube gets crunchy when the processor tries too hard. Sound shocked me most: I expected to need a soundbar immediately, but after taming the bass bloat, the built-ins deliver clear dialogue and surprising depth. I'm still baffled how they fit real speakers in something this thin. The solar-panel remote photosynthesizes instead of eating batteries, gaming latency is low and tear-free, and mounting was easy once I remembered it wants chunky M8 bolts. That glare-free panel makes this the rare OLED you can use in bright rooms without squinting . I finally feel like I'm living in the future. The only catch: the future requires a Samsung login, and no QD-OLED panel in the United States which is mildly annoying but apparently the price of admission this year. ... show more
