Ok...so the screen quality is fantastic. However the user interface and associated remote are garbage. You're given one of these oversimplified remotes with a few buttons you must master in order to use the TV. They even had to include a 'how to use this remote' tutorial because the remote and system UI is not anywhere near an intuitive design. I'm an engineer and I figured I could just turn it on and use it...not so. I've had to do the deep dive into their user help to get this thing set up and working. Its a TV...it should not be this hard. Be warned...there are product out there with equally great performance that are easier to use :-(. UPDATE: Updating my review to 1 star...avoid this product. Samsung monitors have a known issue--they add a delay/lag in the audio when connecting to external speakers/soundbars/etc. Took me a while to figure out that it was the TV and not my equipment. It is not avoidable and cannot be fixed within the TV settings. There are Reddit and other sources that tell you how to fix this with external audio separators/adaptors...none of theses solutions are cheap, reliable, or work well. If you buy this TV and want to use external video, you have no hope...its going to suck. I've been a Samsung customer for over 15 years...I used to love their products. After this, I'll likely not buy another monitor from them again. I'm so disappointed :-( ... show more

First of all the Amazon unpack crew were awesome. I'm incredibly pleased with their service. Now to the TV. WOW. OMG. AMAZING. :) For those that need more details this replaced a 10-year-old Samsung vanilla LED backlit LCD TV. My old TV had no local zones, no real HDR, and while it said I had Dolby I never got it to work. After 10 years of moderate use the LEDs are burning out leaving darker areas all over the screen. For what I paid it's been a good TV but the technology has changed a lot since I bought it. I decided to spend a little more $$ this time and try OLED and I'm glad I did. The picture is stunning and the sound is very good without any help (I will be adding 5.1). My living room is dark but even with the windows uncovered the picture is clear and bright with barely any glare. I don't like the remote because I have very large hands and it is very tiny. I have managed to use it and like that it's solar powered but seriously can't they make them a little larger? I'm not thrilled with the overly complex Samsung home screen but then I'm used to a fire stick which has a nice simple functional home screen. In all if it holds up over time I'm very pleased with both the set and the Black Friday deal on Amazon. ... show more

This came in good packaging, was easy to unpack. It is heavy!! it was almost too much for the wife as we hung it, good thing we have a table under it for DVD's and stuff. That allowed us to lift it about 20" or so off floor and set it for another lift. For me the top of the bracket on wall was 19" above the table top. This left us approx 4" clearance for fire TV box so as not to interfere with viewing. Setting up was easy, turn on all connected devices(speaker bar, DVD player and fire tv box). It picked them all up. We now just use the fire tv remote to cut all on and off. Update: just went off and tripped breaker, awaiting Samsungs repair company call and schedule fix...Make sure and get a warranty, they have 1 year but I would make sure and get a 4year like I did. As much as this TV cost I made sure I was covered with the xtra warranty. My hats off to Samsung, the repair guy came by same evening and replaced board with power plug. Back up and watching the beautiful color!!!! ... show more
