  • First impression compared to Frame TV 2024
Size: 55-Inch Style: TV Only
I had the Frame TV 2024 before this one. The physical hardware appears identical on the outside, except for the remote which now has the AI click to search button. The previous version of colored bezels are perfectly compatible with this frame. There is a significant difference in the responsiveness of the menus because of the faster processor. The 2025 model feels like a normal modern UI with its snappy quick response. The menu icon style is slightly redesigned and improved. The 2024 model on the other hand has a very laggy menu that gets annoying to use. This alone is a reason to upgrade! As far as picture quality, I noticed this is better with the deep blacks even though the specs are the same. The 2024 model was not ideal for video content showing dark grey when areas were supposed to be black. I wonder what Samsung did with the panel to improve this. I love the improvement in the deeper blacks. Art mode is amazing, and it’s the main reason I have the Frame TV. While I prefer OLED TVs for video content, this is decent for video too. However nothing else on the market beats this for rotating through realistic art that looks like the real medium of oil paintings, paper, etc. Settings tip for most realistic viewing: turn down the brightness and use the auto brightness and power save settings so it’s not artificially bright. For some reason TV manufacturers crank up the brightness way too much in the default settings. ... show more

  • Shoddy User Interface, Solid Aesthetically
Size: 50-Inch Style: TV Only
Great tv but the interface is not the best and the app remote is awful. The slim fit mount is great and the size is perfect but it is a racket that the frames are sold separately. For a tv that costs this much, I’d think they’d include the frames or at least a better bundle.

  • Frame TV without a frame
Size: 75-Inch Pro Style: TV Only
We received our TV and will complete this review of the TV after installation. The issue relates to Samsung and not Amazon as the basic frames that work with set are designed and supplied by Samsung. Of the four colors that Samsung currently offers, the white, black, and teak are all out of stock from any of their outlets or directly from the Samsung. Inquiries to outlets plus Samsung on availability have been fruitless. They can't even confirm when or "if" they will be available. Reviews on the flimsy design may be the reason for the interruption. This is an expensive TV and hope that an appropriately designed bezel, at or near the original price will be available soon. ... show more

  • Great TV
Size: 55-Inch Style: TV Only
Really nice picture, frame mode is crisp. Hanging it on wall was fairly straightforward if you have stud finder, drill bit and some fliptoggle anchors. Never had hung a TV on the wall before but was able to with this one.

  • Beautiful picture, improved Tizen operating system and looks beautiful on the wall!
Size: 50-Inch Style: TV Only
This review is for the 2025 model “the Frame” TV from Samsung Once mounted it becomes more than a TV – it becomes a personal art statement. Have received nothing but astonishment from guests – some did not even realize it was a TV at first! The TV picture can look a little overly bright, also skin tones a little harsh at first, but turn off the ECO mode, and turn the picture settings to movie - and everything comes together very nicely for a very stunning and accurate palette to display anything from local news to your favorite movie. The Tizen operating system has always been the thing I hate most with Samsung TVs, but this one updated operating system feels much different - everything moves fast, apps come up very quickly and now it is one of my favorite operating systems out there. Only gripe is for whatever reason – the NFL App still is not represented in this TV’s App catalog and with the season approaching I have to attach a streaming stick to watch Red-Zone or NFL+. Luckily, I had a Google Streamer available and the included Samsung remote easily was able to operate the functions of the streamer so I didn’t have to use multiple remotes. The included remote is very different from most TV remotes, and the 2025 Generation TV remote even has a solar light charging function, as well as a “C” USB port to quick charge the remote should you need it – after 2 weeks of use my battery started and is holding at 83 percent. The TV comes with its own wall mount solution to hang it right at the wall, only requires a single wire up to handle all HDMI, USB, Power connections and running that behind the wall gives you an incredibly clean install. It was easy to put a frame on this TV, and while Samsung offers its easy mount frame in multiple colors – I opted for a more Substantial frame which I purchased from The Laredo Company on Amazon. The pictures posted with this review show the TV in the black frame it comes in and The Laredo Frame which turned it into a centerpiece in my Living Room. Is the Frame TV for everyone? Maybe not. But for me, I am extremely happy with it, and love the look that it gets from Guests in our home. Easy to recommend for your home as well! ... show more

  • Requires a subscription to fully use frame function
Size: 50-Inch Style: TV Only
This is a very nice TV, it has a super bright picture and fantastic sound. It adapts to your room lighting and acoustics as well as the program brightness. The installation took about an hour, including the wall mount instructions. The instructions had few words but were easy enough to understand. Configuration and services setup were straightforward; the only thing that failed was the Alexa setup. There are a lot of channels and content available by default, just by virtue of being connected to the internet. The TV auto-discovered devices connected via HDMI. The connection box is genius. Only one neutral colored wire hooked up to the TV means you can make the TV really look like a framed art piece instead of an internet-connected computer. The two biggest complaints are: first, only the installed art is the flower picture. It's nice, but nobody really wants that up in their house; it also does not have the white border around it that truly makes it look like a frame. You have to pay for / subscribe to Samsung Art to get other artwork, or use photos that you upload. Second, there are a lot of tracking/advertising features that they try to get you to agree to during setup. I had to read through a lot of Terms and Conditions, and basically turned down almost all of their default services. ... show more
