The chair came without the remote and power cord. My wife contacted the manufacturer about the missing remote. They sent it, but we forgot to request the missing power cord also. We thought the remote would have a battery power that would operate the system. Nope! We also needed the power cord. Unbelievable! If they'd just got it right by including everything when they shipped it, we wouldn't had a problem at all. We don't even know the voltage the power cord is. They don't tell you that at all. If you wanted to search this chair online or on YouTube, the product doesn't even have a brand name or model number you can search with. They just calling it a Message Push Back Chair. The side wings make it uncomfortable if you have wider shoulders like I do. I’d suggest measuring your shoulders & add the width of the backs of your arms to make sure your upper back and arms can fit in a 20” space before you buy this chair! It feels like a chair for a petite person due to this however the seat is wide enough for one with larger width hips. It’s the back that is too narrow. This chair was a great size for my bedroom to sit and read. It’s a nice neutral color. I haven’t used the vibrator or heater element on it but the back flap that is supposed to Velcro across the bottom Velcro strip is not long enough. The flap did not reach all the way to the strip it just kind of dangles there. It was a little disappointing. But other than that it seems like a pretty good chair. Very easy to assemble. Appealing to the eye for accent chair. Easy to recline. I’m 5’5 and it fits me perfect. The heat is comforting. But when I purchased this I thought it’s be more of a deep tissue massage like the rolling balls. It’s not. Just vibrations that doesn’t really relax you.

I'm disappointed that one week after receiving this chair, the massage control stopped working. I have to leave it unplugged due to it continuously running.
