I used to work as a Licensed Massage Therapist. At the time I had a High Quality, High Priced (about 3x the cost) massage table that I used in my mobile massage business. But I transitioned to the medical field and gave that table to a friend of mine going through D.O. School several years ago. I decided recently to buy this table just to use for family and friends. About the table. It is of comparable design of my old nice table, and that of most all mobile/folding massage tables. Center folding, adjustable leg height, attaching face cradle, etc. Pros: - It is sturdy and I have had no issue with its build (Remember I am using this for more light relaxation or muscle tightness massage on family and friends, not deep/heavy work on athletes, etc.). - I was also pleasantly surprised with the weight of the table and the cushion. Meh: -The face cushion is not as plush as others, but its also perfectly comfortable. -The adjustable face cradle is not as nice as my old expensive table. It has a little more play and doesn't feel as well designed, but it is sufficient for what I use it for and I have had no issues with it. -It comes with a "half bolster" or semicircular bolster. I really dislike these, as they are not big enough to really raise/flex the knees to reduce the pressure on the back. A full found bolster for me, or I will just make my own with a rolled up towel or sheet, which is what I do with this set. Cons: -The attachable arm supports for the side of the table are worthless. This is the huge difference between my old table and this one. The length of the armrest itself is short and wouldn't rest the entire arm to begin with. Worse, even if it was long enough for the entire arm, the actual support attaching the armrest to the table is a thin metal rod. It has give even to the weight of the arm when adducted to the side of the table, making it feel uneasy, and there is no way it could be used at an angle away from the body. A complete redisign of the armrests is needed to make them functional. (longer rests, locking angle mech, and 2 point plastic support attachment similar to the headrest) I don't mind the armrests because I am not doing this as a profession and I can just change how I am work the arms (I just dont use them at all). I don't recommend this for anyone doing massage professionally because it limits your capabilities. But anyone using this table, trained or not, for at home use similar to how I'm using it, you probably don't need to be able to abduct the arm away from the body, so this table is more than acceptable for the price. (The only caveat to this would be a large/wide recipient who's arm don't fit beside them on the table and needs that extra width for arm support. In this case, a table with a functional armrest)

I don't have experience with other tables but this one was sturdy enough for 310lbs at a decent height. Cushioning is soft and the adjustments are useful. Only complaints are the bag is a little unwieldy to carry this thing in and mine arrived with a small tear in the vinyl. Other than that I am very happy with the purchase
