Contacted the seller right after unpacking the box and they got back to me within the hour to tell me they were shipping a new headrest base no questions asked. This table is much nicer than the price would make you believe, mine doesn't creek or squeak at all. It's quite light and it doesn't scratch the floor when moving it. I read a lot of reviews before I bought it, and I'm not disappointed. It looks great and is comfortable. My boyfriend is close to 6ft and about 275 lbs and it held him just fine and was comfortable. It's lightweight enough. The bag is nice that it comes in. Overall, great product.

We’ve worked with the same massage therapist for years, and she makes house calls to our home. She always brought her own table, and we never questioned it. But you know, whose muscles need more of a break than a Massage Therapist? They have aches and pains too. Honestly I really do love my table, it's great for my Reiki business however my carry bag came ripped & my table scratched 😔 It's alot of money to have it arrive this way & I'm not happy with how it arrived. I'd really love a new carry case, bc I can see this one will most likely get worse over time 😔 However I still Gave 4 stars 🌟 bc I do love the table. It seems pretty sturdy. I've had someone who's 170 on it with no issues at all. It's super comfy & roomy enough for my clients & my crystals 🥰 overall great product! Wow, great table for the price. I am a 300+ pound well over 6’ guy. Money well spent, doesn’t feel too small or less stable like some tables. Using multiple time a week for in home Physical Therapy (PT) and Message Theropist for several weeks now. Table itself is very stable. The side detachable arm rest look nice but are not for supporting any weight dewater than your arms. The head rest is highly adjustable, hand rest is adjustable by straps. BUT main support bars that insert into the the table are molded/formed plastic and are the weak link on the whole table, but with care headrest works great. What do expect for this price. Color vinyl covering on all parts table, arm rest and head rest is of great quality, with good fit and finish, comfortable to lay on for an hours. I also feel that it very stable when I turn over while on top of the table. Multiple color option order from means you can also order a color that fits your decor with out fully putting away in is included sturdy nylon carrying case. Would recommend buying without hesitation, but don’t expect a $500+ dollar table for the price. What you get is a large, stable, comfortable main table of better quality than I as was expecting, especially give my nearly 6’6” 300+LB Big & Tall body. You ultimately get what you pay for but the main table exceeded all my expectations, the accessories are ultimately what you would expect for the price point. ... show more
