GPS reception under the metal hood of the engine could be not as good as under the plastic cover of the dashboard. Such installation option took me some extra efforts but it was well worthy and now the tracker works great. Powered from the split wires at the back of the cigarette lighter which is always under power. P.S. A couple months later, the efforts to install the tracker up beneath the plastic cover of the dashboard proved to worth well the hassle - tracker works excellently and never lost connection or location. Strongly recommend to install it in place with clear view on the sky beneath only plastic cover. Note: The free gift offered in February for writing a review was quietly put on hold and several weeks later I was informed that it is not shipping to USA. Would be nice to know this initially when customer ticket was confirmed to not expect the gift. ... show more

Easy install in motorcycle. Device has a 24h battery ( I didn't know this when ordering). Device works great. Service plan is great so far. Seems to be a EU company trying to make the jump to USA. App works well for the actual tracking, but has room to grow in other areas.
