Love this steamer! This is my third ( my last two were a different brand)- the steamer is easy to put together, the wheels roll easily and I love the water capacity ( my other one had such a small one, that I was constantly refilling). It has a lot of versatility to hang different types of clothing.

This has lots of steam power. It gets out deep creases and wrinkles easily. I’ve steam cleaned mattresses and freshened my draperies and clothing. It’s been a great investment.

I've been using this steamer for about 2 months now. So far, it's been great. Steam is powerful, plentiful, and fast to heat up. The water tank is nice and big so it's rare to run out inconveniently if you check it on occasion.

The first time I used this steamer I considered returning it as it seemed only marginally better than the steamer it was suppose to replace (handheld). It wasn’t until we had a wedding to attend that the value in having the items hung above the steamer and needing to used the machine longer did it really show it’s value. It works as advertised, removing wrinkles quickly and effortlessly- If you are only using it for occasional uses, I would use a smaller handheld as this does take up a bit of space, however if you have multiple items frequently needing steamed, this will make your life much easier. ... show more

I thought the steamer was easy to use and it worked great as far as taking wrinkles out. I would have loved it more if the hose was detachable and had a longer attachment for reaching higher areas. I was steaming my curtains and was not able to reach the hose to cover the top. I had to switch to a hand steamer. All in all if you are steaming clothing and bedding this works great.
