This steamer is incredible! It is certainly commercial grade, but super easy to use. It folds down to a very manageable size that is easy to store. The garment hanger is great. It has nice clips for pants, sheets, curtains or anything that needs to be clipped rather than on the hanger part. It steams for a very long time and the foot controlled switch is very convenient. The results are better than an iron and 4 times faster. This is a very well designed and constructed device and way worth the money!

This is a nice steamer. Just fill with tap water, turn it on and it is ready to use in seconds. It's like a never ending flow of steam. No need to stop and let the machine catch up because the steam seems never to end. The price was good and this product arrived on time and in perfect working order. The instructions couldn't had been any easier. All the parts were there. It's wheels roll very good making it easy to move or adjust positions. Thank you for this wonderful product

This steamer is labeled commercial, so its size and functionality are considered in this review. I keep it in the garage on that concrete floor because water is in the unit's reservoir. Water and hardwood flooring is not a good combination. Plus, there is much more 'elbow' room in the garage. Positives: - It gets good and hot and gets rid of wrinkles. - It is well designed so that storage is less of a hassle, it is wheeled, and it reduces down nicely. - The clothes hanger locking knob is a must-have feature and makes all the difference when steaming a shirt. - The water reservoir is more than adequate to steam many shirts and pants without refilling and reheating. - Added tools that come with this unit can also be helpful once you get the hang of using this device. Negatives: - The large diameter hose is clumsy to handle when steaming clothing. Its diameter seems a bit too wide, at about one inch OD. However, in defense of the engineering here, it is dealing with dangerously hot steam, and safety is always an issue. Again, the steam head seems a bit too large for the average hand, but that same dangerously hot steam is flowing through it, and you are holding it constantly. - The power switch is large and sturdy but too high up on the unit's base for older people to operate it with their foot. A lower position would solve that problem for me by helping me to keep my balance. I am glad I purchased this useful device because it speeds up a distasteful job: ironing shirts and pants. If you have the room and steam often, I suggest you stop using that little hand steamer and move up to this big boy. You will wonder why you didn't do it sooner. Addendum: If, over time, this device fails to maintain the standards I expect from it, I will post any issues that arise. Amazon customers have had bad experiences with purchased products and feel they were 'taken' by the seller. As an engineer, I can tear most things down to their essence and report what I find. So far, the unit is performing as I expect it should. My suggestion to customers who want to report their displeasure with a purchase is that they take the time to carefully type out and 'read' what they type before posting their review. When I read a negative review that has misspelled words, hard-to-understand sentence structure, or absolutely makes no sense, I tend to dismiss that person's opinion. It's a human failing, but if I do it, others do it.

I ordered this commercial steamer after the last one I'd ordered, made by Tidwell, stopped working after only one year. I know I did everything right like always used distilled water so was puzzled when it quit working because the steamer I had before that lasted several years. After studying MANY steamers and their reviews, I ordered the Salav one because it was rated as an Amazon's Choice. It is a little larger, and the hose is much bigger and sturdier than others I've had in the past. It is easier to get started than the Tidwell one as all I have to do is step on the pedal. The steamer end doesn't have the "iron" feature like the Tidwell one, but I never used that anyway. I use my steamer on a regular basis and love not having to set up my heavy ironing board except on rare occasions. I was really missing it for the short period I didn't have one while deciding what to order and receiving it. So far, and I haven't had it all that long, I've experienced no issues. It puts out a decent amount of steam. It does have a little bigger water reservoir than any of my previous ones which is nice. It said "Navy" for the color, but it is actually black -- or at least the one I received is. That didn't matter to me as it just sits in my laundry room. I'm hoping this one will last a long time because it is the most expensive one I've ever bought.

The media could not be loaded. Works well, gets the wrinkles out fast. Wish it had multiple steam setting, but to the best of my knowledge it does not. The steamer heats up fast and maintains consistent heating. The hoes is a decent length and I appreciate the clip brush accessory it comes with. It is Portable so it fits well in my small closet. Some reviews claim the machine doesn’t produce enough steam, but that was not my experience. All things considered, it’s a good buy and a decent value for the money.

I read the reviewes and became convinced: the few extra dollars to get the extra power would be worth the cost. IT WAS. This is actually very quiet, has a continuoys flow, and gets the job done. I have to say that I do not believe this is commercial grade - the steam is not really that powerful. It does an okay job. It also makes a struggling sound, is that normal? Love the step on/off switch - good feature. I do like the hanging clothes portion, works well. Bought the white and it looks nice. Easy to assemble, no problems. It steams well on light fabrics but not so well on denim material, it’s just okay but needs a more powerful steam.
