This steamer heats up quickly and is extremely easy to use. It does a great job at getting the wrinkles and folds out. It is light weight making it easy to move around.

I wanted to like it but the amount of steam is weak when compared to its competitors. Prior to this one, I owned a Steamfast SF562, that put out a good amount of steam, but broke within the first year (and we were light users, never steamed a lot at a time, always use distilled water)... so I was disappointed to get a more expensive option that has less steam. So third time the charm: I decided to spend $200 more, and got a Jiffy. Problem solved.

Aunque ocupa más espacio que un vaporizador de mano, esto también se traduce en un desempeño más potente y constante.Es fácil de usar, no requiere complicaciones y calienta en poco tiempo. Resulta muy funcional para el día a día, especialmente cuando necesitas dejar la ropa presentable rápidamente. En prendas delicadas y telas ligeras, como blusas y vestidos, el resultado es muy bueno: suaviza las arrugas y mejora la caída de la prenda sin necesidad de planchar.En mi experiencia, no me gustó el resultado en los pantalones de trabajo de mi esposo. En telas gruesas o estructuradas ayuda un poco, pero no sustituye el acabado que se logra con una plancha tradicional, que sigue siendo mi opción para ese tipo de prendas.El vapor sale con bastante fuerza, por lo que recomiendo usar el equipo con precaución y mantener una distancia adecuada para evitar quemaduras, especialmente durante los primeros usos. En una ocasión acerqué demasiado la mano y me quemé levemente, así que recomiendo usarlo con precaución y mantener cierta distancia mientras se aprende a manejarlo correctamente. También sugiero utilizar agua destilada, ya que ayuda a proteger el equipo y a prolongar su vida útil evitando la acumulación de minerales.En conclusión, es un vaporizador muy funcional, práctico y ahorra mucho tiempo, ideal como complemento para el cuidado diario de la ropa y para retoques rápidos, aunque no reemplaza completamente la plancha en prendas gruesas o formales.

So far so good but it has a single pole instead of a double pole like the older style we had. Hope it will last as long as our older model. The wife appears to be happy with it. The steam tube appears to be of much higher quality than the older model. It heats up fast. Weight does not appear to be a problem. It assembles in a couple of minutes. Straight forward design but does not feel as a heavy duty smart commercial steamer. It's too light for that.
