This chandelier is beautiful. I had it in my previous house and this is the reason why I bought it again. It arrived quickly and well packaged (double box). I really liked the extra strand of bubble, just in case. The mounting of the 1st plate on the ceiling was hard work though (I consider myself as a quite good level DIY person, maybe a ladder a bit short didn't help), lucky me I got a "ceiling stud, just one, but managed with another anchor to give the whole thing stability; this thing is not heavy. But the plate being big, you don't really see what happens behind when you work at it. After connecting the wires and putting on the white gloves (provided), I peeled the protective sheet of the covering plate and went for the final attachment that completes the base. It was hard, please note that there is no symmetry, you have to insert small rods into small holes and need to double check you have all of them done, otherwise the second plate is not attached properly to the first one and the space between them is too high to insert the bubbles.. (hope I am clear, English is not my language! French is..). Anyway, the third try was the good one. I bought 4 LED bubbles - neutral white when I ordered the chandelier, so I inserted them ans simply clipped the bubble strands. Overall I am really happy with it, it was work (I should have called an electrician maybe) but it worths it. The price is quite good for what you get. Lastly, the chandelier is well made, secure on an electrical point of view. I recommend the product, as for the installation, either you are quite comfortable on a DIY level or your call an electrician. ... show more

I am so in love with this chandelier. It’s beautiful and such a great value. I was hesitant to purchase because I questioned the quality after seeing similar fixtures for much higher prices, but the positive reviews reassured me. It sat in the box for nearly a month before we were ready to have it installed. Upon opening, it was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had an electrician do the install since we needed to convert from a recessed light. He said it was very easy because the included hardware allowed it to be hung without first installing an electrical box. He was also impressed by the white gloves it came with. I love the way it looks with soft white light, but I am going to replace with colored smart bulbs so I can change the ambiance in the room. ... show more

This light fixture is beautiful. The light arrived quickly and was easy to install. However, one of my strands of glass bubbles arrived damaged and my three attempts to get an unbroken replacement strand have been unsuccessful. That is why my review is only 3 stars. I can still use the light without the broken strand, but the fact that this company does not seem to be adept at fixing problems with their merchandise is problematic to me. I want to give this product a glowing review because it is truly a beautiful light fixture. However, at this point I am frustrated with Saint Mossi and I would advise other purchasers to be careful. ... show more

Beautiful light for my coastal farmhouse. I was/am so excited for this light. We bought the led color changing lights with the remote and couldn’t be happier with the aesthetics and function of this light fixture. UPDATE The replacement bulbs never arrived after several months so Amazon reached out to the company and they immediately responded and sent an entire new replacement light!! Excellent customer service by both Amazon and the company..I still love it and get tons of compliments on it. I love the airy and light look of this light. I have it over my kitchen sink with white upper cabinets and navy bases. It looks stunning and is the first comment people make when they see my Reno. I call it my champagne light 🍾🙂 One bulb arrived broken and I reached out to the company who said they will send a replacement strand from China arriving in 25 days. I will update. ... show more

This light is fantastic. We got it for our eating area in the basement. I got led color changing lights for it. It was packaged well. Takes two people. Follow the directions as to put up the bubbles. Changes the whole area. We could not be more pleased!

I contacted the company because the top bulb on one of my strands was broken at the top you can’t tell but I know and I want a new one and I haven’t received and response or feedback so I can only rate it a 3but overall I like it if it was cracked I would love it

We just installed my AWESOME, WONDERFUL, ELEGANT raindrop light in my new closed right next to my sparkly glitter wall, and it looks SOOOOO much better in real life. Installation wasn't too bad, but the glass is very fragile and you have to handle them soooo carefully. WE LOVE this chandelier !!!! If I could give it MORE than 5 stars, I would. ... show more
