Received bike well packaged. Not a scratch! Assembly took a little bit of time. Note: when installing the front tire and if there is a gap between the rim and the forks, check that the black spacer is not stuck on the shipping plates. This happened to me and I called customer service. They told where to check and there is was!! Whatever you do, do not throw away your packaging until thirty days after or until you know all is good. You will need the packaging to ship back if there is a problem. I had to make micro adjustments to the derailer to align the chain better. Switches nicely now. I gave it five stars because the issues were minor and customer service was excellent. They responded in the middle of the night with pictures. I am impressed by the bike. It is heavy which is expected. To prevent flats, I installed the tannus armor. I live in the high desert and there a lot of thorns(goatheads). Not one flat!! I watched a few you tube videos to remove the tires. My plastic levers broke. I had to carefully use a pry bar. Now I have ordered a set of three scoop pry bars about 12” long for leverage. The app works great. The theft notifications work flawlessly. The bike came with two gifts. A thin combination lock and an air pump. There are no water bottle screws for mounting the pump. Either Velcro or carry it in your bag. The pump is about 12” tall. This is not a mini pump. Other than that, the bike is great and highly recommend for the price. ... show more

Bought two of these bikes. They seem like nice bikes. BUT, Neither came with the lock, pump, fenders or racks shown in the picture that I paid extra for. Worse, can't really find a way of contacting them. Amazon will allow me to return it, but it's all assembled. I would rather not have to try to stuff it back in the box over this. ... show more

Please read my review my review is my personal experience with this company that I would like to share with you. I ordered my freedare saiga 6 months ago. I was excited to get my sucker eBay. I ordered this one because of all the reviews and the security system that it has. I received my eBike from fetext. Upon getting the delivery, the box that it came in was destroyed only one strap across the middle. No staples the box was folded close you know how you fold each end within itself. With just one yellow strap across the middle. After watching lots of videos on how the bike would come to me? I expected it to come a certain way. My bike was not packed the way the videos showed it. Should have been packed and it was put more together than what the videos told me that it would be my assumption that this was a refurbish bike that someone did not like and sent back and they throw it in a used box and send it to me. I notify the company immediately. They assured me even though the box was destroyed and that everything in my senses said it was used that it was not. The second problem was the battery. You see my battery with discharge very quickly. Even though I would charge it at a 100%, it would die quickly example. I could ride my airwest eBike to 7 11 to play lotto. 2 miles away, my trip took 7 minutes there and 7 minutes back. My airwest eBike burned 5% of it's better. My freedare saiga on the same trip would burn anywhere from 15 to 20%. On the exact same trip. I immediately sent an email to freedare saiga the first thing they did was assure me that that was normal which I knew from my other eBay. It wasn't then the runaround games begin. They wanted me to do different test. Send them videos and pictures over and over again. You know, jumping through hoops to avoid the situation. Then they end up sending me supposedly a new battery. This battery would not allow the eBike to go over 25 miles per hour. But the original battery that came with the bike would allow the bike to do 28 to 30.mph the eBike company has given me the run around as I said, earlier doing lots of tests, sending them pictures and then not agreeing that I was doing it properly. For me, I took both batteries to an eBike shop per freedare saiga i told them what the reportable. EBike shop said that the 2 batteries were used that they did not have very many charge cycles left they disagree. I purchase a voltage meter to show them. When charging the batteries At a100%, they did not register the amount of votes needed to be a 100% read air said their battery with a voltage meter would read 54.6 voltage these batteries with the voltage meter . Each rate about 39.7. Then they told me that using the voltage meter was not the proper way to test the voltage of the battery which made no sense since every video and every eBike shop says this is the way to test the voltage. I have been battling this company for 6 months just to get 2 new batteries for my bike. Only to be given the run around game. They say they have to send it to. Their support team and you don't hear from them. 2 to 3 weeks later, as if they forgot about you. I'm still battling them today. Please heed my warning. This is not a reparable ebike company. Even though there are a lot of people who gave good reviews remember, they sent them a free ebike for their reviews. This company. Does not honor their customer service. There are other eBay companies that honor their warranties and do whatever they need to do to make their customers happy. Please listen my warning this is not a reparable ebike company. The bike looks fantastic however paid for fenders the rear rack and a helmet too. Didn't get any of that. Would really be helpful if someone could point me in the right direction maybe getting in touch with customer service.
