DANGER - DANGER - DANGER. Product not sold as described! This was one of the worst purchases we've made on Amazon. The vendor claimed it was made in the USA -- it is made in China. The vendor claims it's not sprayed with fire retardants. It is, and the amount of VOCs off-gassing are enough to make one lightheaded. The actual weave is low quality and seems to come undone with minimal effort. I am shocked that this item was falsely advertised as being natural. The only thing that's natural about it is the fiber. The rest is a man-made chemical amalgamation of dangerous compounds that are not meant to be inside one's home, let alone near where people and animals may be. If you like pseudo-natural rugs that make your home smell like a petrochemical factory, will unravel with minimal usage and aren't actually made in the USA as claimed then this one is for you. If instead you value your health and how your money is spent, look elsewhere. I am returning this item.

Great neutral rug for our dining room! Love the natural fiber, but it's not rough under foot. The non-slip backing is perfect. We purchased the 8x10 and have been very pleased with it so far.

I had purchased another area rug when we moved into our apartment but it only last 2 weeks. It was the same price as this 8x10 rug but the quality was terrible. I found this rug and crossed all of my fingers that I would have better success. And I did. It's PERFECT. I have three dogs and it's nice for them to be able to walk on this without pulling out any loops or seems. It's very easy to clean and maintain. It's not as soft of a rug to walk on (personally) but for the money, it's a great value and for a high traffic area, it's perfect!

This rug is a good value and I am pleased with my purchase. The biggest drawback is the smell. I have to leave the windows open and even with that, the entire house smells of his rug. Hopefully the smell will disappear in a few more days. Also the size was a bit smaller than 9' x 12" by a few inches, didn't bother me too much though. There are some dark spots (doesn't look like a stain, just a dark area in the fibers) and little "nubby" areas in the rug, but not so noticeable when you look at the rug. Overall I would say it is a good buy if you are looking for an inexpensive rug that is made of natural fibers. I chose the "marble" color and it brightens up the room nicely.

We use this rug under our kitchen dining table. If you spill anything you need to clean it up. It looks great and we have used it for several months. We did install an additional pad underneath it. It made it a little harder to get into the correct position, but it stays there.

I love the simplicity of the look. I will make your room "come together" rather than adding more busy patterns, but also adding texture and rich style. No matter what you pay for a fiber rug, they will need replacement within 5-6 years from my experience. It is not a soft rug, but a beautiful and will protect my soft wood floors.

Buy this rug! I have it in my dining room under the table, and it is wonderful! Easy to clean. Any food that drops can be vacuumed up, and spills are easy to blot and clean. The seagrass repels water so liquid spills seem to ‘float’ on top of the rug and gives you time to clean up. The color is great too! It is a true ‘neutral’ off white/beige. It will go with warm or cool decor colors. There are no yellow undertones in this rug. If you are looking for a neutral rug but nervous about matching the tones online, this one will work for any room. It’s a bit rough at first, but softened after a few weeks. There is zero shedding too!! Excellent rug all around.
