For the money, these lamps can't be beaten. Lamps came very well packaged in a single box, and there wasn't any damage at all. Assembly was very easy and took all of 5 minutes. The quality of the finish on these lamps was top-notch. The color was just a tiny bit off from what is shown on the Amazon listing, but that is likely just a difference between screen colors and real-life. If you are planning to put these in front of a window they WILL in fact appear orange as others have said. If they are in front of a wall, they will appear cream. They are beautiful lamps but the color description isn't great.

I love the style of the lamps and found them to be a true off white. However, they are lightweight and seem fragile and like they would break if an animal knocked one over. Also, the shades, while nice looking, are white and about 1-1.5” too short for my taste. I don’ t care for a white shade with a cream colored lamp and a shade that is too short seems to be common when purchasing as a set. I knew this when I bought them but almost all lamps with shades includes have high water shades so I will have to figure out how to take care of the length and color. I loved these lamps for my dining room but on arrival they were more yellow than the nice cream they were shown as on the pictures. That was disappointing because the colour on the pictures perfectly matched my dining room! On one of the pictures I am showing a vase they should have matched and on the pictures they matched it. I was willing to ignore the yellow colour and try to work on loving it but the main issue is how one of the lamps was so unstable! As shown on the video. We tried everything to make it sturdy but the wiring at the bottom was just impossible to deal with. It was a hazard to keep as I have kids running around and it could fall and injure them anytime but most importantly I couldn’t risk having such an expensive item break on me anytime. Additionally, they have some bubbles that may have formed when they were being moulded. This was not a big deal for me as I just placed them strategically to hide the bubbles but for the amount one pays for these lamps one should expect perfection! They are big, they illuminate very brightly. They assemble very easy and quick and they are very beautiful. But the colour and unstableness just didn’t do it for me. In addition to all this, I had to fight with UPS pick up for them to come pick up the item 3 days after they were supposed to do it. The driver even had the nerve to claim that he came to my place yet that never happened! It seems they came shortly after I fought on the phone because the package that had been sitting outside for 3 days suddenly was not there. I haven’t received any confirmation that it was indeed picked up so I am confused as well! ... show more

My favorite high in lamps that are great price! The quality is great. I love to use a dim bulb for cozy feel. They picture is tan but they come in to be a little my butter color.
