It’s a beautiful lamp set and is quite a statement piece. I’ve included a few photos including some up close details. The Shade: The shade is a crisp white and round in shape. The shade does have a texture which could be best described as what is call a “box weave” pattern/texture. The Base: It has good weight and is sturdy in nature. The base seems to be a good leaf decoupage texture which shows imperfections as a feature/positive and not a negative. So keep that in mind for styling. I’ve also included a photo with a can for size reference. I think this is a great set for the price point. Pros: Crisp white shade Tall Cons: Has a smell of spray paint when first opened. It did dissipate after 20 minutes but it’s something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to smells. ... show more

These lamps look really expensive! I’m weird about gold and these are a pretty gold. I did switch out the shades because the ones that came with the lamps were pretty and looked really nice, but too big for my space. You can’t go wrong with these lamps!

Like: small skinny base, tall, good for smaller nightstand tables. Pretty gold matte color. Shade is linens white so nice amount of light. Price was decent at $80 for 2. Definitely not worth more than that. Dislike: innacurate and not enough details in the description. Gold base has many imperfections, it is more of an antique worn gold look. Lots of scratches etc so makes it look for antique-y. See pictures. This should be described and shown in up close pics of the lamp but it is not. They do look modern but the gold base makes it seem slightly more rustic or “old”. Something to be aware of. They’re pretty lamps and similar to what I was looking for. Will try them out for a week to see if like them with the rest of our decor but will most likely keep them. ... show more

High quality tall lamps. Excellent safe packaging, extremely easy to assemble, bright white light from bulbs that are included, gold base is perfect for our use, shade stark white... highly recommend. Look more expensive.

I have mixed feelings about this purchase. When the lamps arrived, it became clear that one of the harps was uneven, resulting in a shade that sat crooked no matter what I did. I also found the shades themselves to be an awkward size (too big) for the base. I liked the lamps otherwise and reached out to Safavieh for a replacement harp. I got a response to take it up with Amazon as Safavieh does not provide parts. This is what rubbed me the wrong way. The harp was not bent or damaged due to storage/shipping, it was clearly made defective: one leg was a tiny bit longer, yet the seller has no contingency plan to fix things like that. I have purchased other Safavieh items before and had no issues but it makes me wonder, what if I did. I have made the lamps work because I truly loved the look of the base and it was the reason for the purchase. Replacing the awkwardly big shades that emphasized the crookedness was the first step. ... show more
