I bought these hoping to avoid the extreme subzero temperatures for a few days. Today I decided it was warm enough out for a walk. I wore a simple skin layer, these Sweat Saunas as both a sweat layer and a windbreak, then another layer of winterized pants, top with fleece, and down overcoat. It can get as low as -21F which is -29 celcius. Today it was about 40F or 4C when I started out. A windchill brought that down to about 20F or -6C. ...it felt like I was walking on a pleasant winter afternoon in Florida. This will radically change how I am able to exercise. Extremely pleased. I should be able to use this in warm to fall temperatures to maintain BMI during blizzards or protracted cold spells. Greatly pleased. Light weight. Good materials. No odors. ... show more

So I normally wear a 1X or 2X in womens and I purchased a Gold Gym Performance sauna suit size 2X/3X. It was too big so I returned it & I saw this sauna suit and thought the quality looked better, plus I liked the fact that it had a complete zip down jacket. I was nervous about purchasing as the size chart and questions & answers was confusing. So hopefully my pictures & detailed review helps. I ordered a 4X as it was directed to order 1 to 2 sizes larger. I thought it would be humongous but it fits like a 2X. Its lightweight, pants have silver lining, a drawstring to tighten as you lose & 2 zipper pockets. Jacket is as described. I would avoid machine wash & putting heavy keys in pockets, but phones & small keys should hold nicely. Overall I'm glad I purchased it. Looks great on, it feels great, easy to put on & take off & it works! I can finally excercise outside without looking like I'm wearing a giant garbage bag. 👍👍 ... show more

I bought a 4XL and it's a nice, baggy fit. I'm 5'7'', 200 lbs. female. I have a 40 inch waist, but unusually skinny arms. In t-shirts I usually wear a size Women's Large. I mean, you want the sauna suit to be baggy, right? Because it doesn't stretch and you're going to be doing exercise in it. After putting it on I realized that it could also double as a rain coat. I like this jacket. It's light, and I barely notice I'm wearing it. The hood is not too deep. The only negative is that in the first week, the reflector strip right next to the zipper was already coming off - now I have half a reflector strip only on one side. This sauna suit seems to be more durable than others I've purchased in the past. I use these to do zumba in and have ripped out of quite a few of these suits. But this set seems to be more durable. We'll see how long it last through my zumba moves lol.
