The bike is great so far. I'm 230lbs and it get's me up to 34mph. The biggest weakness is the craptastic tires. I have already swapped mine out for street treads. The tires I replaced them with are on the cheaper end of the scale and they are leaps and bounds better. Bang for your buck, it will be hard to beat. Especially for a dual motor bike. I have two other 1,000 watt bikes and this is like going from a four cylinder to a V8. It's addictive. I also live in Southern West Virginia and it does great on hills. I mean real hills. Not slight inclines We have some hills this won't go up but it will do most of them. Shange out the worthless tires and it rides a lot better and I got street treads. With all realness, not gonna lie this is a pretty fun, fast(ish), reliable and over all pretty decent bike . I ride with my son to and from school. And I take it to and from work. I'm putting this hog to work!! 300 plus miles so far got it in May. ONLY thing is that it doesnt go faster than 30ish but its still super dope. The battery is ehhh. Not too bad. I purchased two Amyet S8s last year, as far as performance goes they are awesome, very powerful and fast bikes. I am more so leaving this review now because of the customer support. One of the bikes LED displays went out, not really their fault, I chipped it and moisture got in and shorted it. I sent them an email explaining it wasn’t their fault, and I just wanted to purchase another one from them. They responded promptly and said they would send another one free of charge, this was pretty nice I thought. Today I received the package, and they actually sent two replacement LEDs. So now I have a spare. They didn’t need to do that and could have just charged me whatever to send a new one and I would have paid it. Not often you have a good experience with customer support almost a year later like that. So thank you. ... show more

Had for about 6 months now and I’m pretty happy with it. Doesn’t look like the regular bike but doesn’t give Surron vibes at all. Both the motors have been doing their job because I had a chain brake so was riding electric only for a couple weeks. 3-4 stars because it’s still a relatively new market so the more competitive it gets the better deal we get for spending 1200 but it gets the job done, good looking bike, won’t pop wheelies but you’ll get looks for sure. ... show more

The bike works well, is fast and sturdy, easy to put together and for my son to modify as needed. What really stands out is the EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I've purchased 4 e-bikes in 2 years. Received bike earlier than expected date. Very good packaging, no damage. After the fairly easy assembly and charging the battery, my first ride put a smile on my face. Everything worked as it should. Fit and finish is great. Like anything new to me, it had a learning curve. Now over a month later and 22 miles, mostly dirt trails, I can say I really like this ebike. Throttle only is very smooth even at very low speeds. In two wheel drive mode, B, if I tranfer weight to the front, it went up all the trail hills. Wow! My brother has a single wheel drive 750w ebike and he needed speed to make it up the hills. I like the voltage monitor function on the screen. As I do not charge the Lithium battery after each ride. If it drops below 52v (40%), then I'll charge it. The brake light and turn signals are a great safety feature. The hydraulic brakes feel powerful compared to cable pull manual disc brakes. The dual suspension is calibrated just right for my weight, 167 lbs.
