It can ride 2. The seat is comfortable and wide, sometimes my thighs and butt are sore. I had a issue with the back brake and replaced the brake pads, however the company sent me a new wired back brake and replaced it but had to put oil into the tiny brake hole as it doesn't work as well as the front brake. I used baby oil for it and it works better. The company emailed me replies about the issue. It's heavy bike so be careful. Very solid. Green color is nice. Numerous broken parts when it arrived. About 8 severed electric wires. The kickstand was broken in half. A broken electrical connector. It is a very nice looking bike but completely useless. So many broken parts, some of them integrated into the electrical system so, even if they send a replacement part, I don't think it can be integrated into the bike. This was an $1,100 ebike and about $400 of that was shipping, the weight and size of it will make it extremely difficult and expensive to return. I was so looking forward to my first electric bike. A complete and expensive fail. My guess is someone already returned this bike once as it looks like some of the broken parts were in an attempt to assemble the bike. Great E-bike. I have had mine about 8 months. I have had worry free riding. The bike has no trouble climbing up the steep hills. It’s also good for off-road use. The dual motor helps a lot in the off-road. It is heavy but it was made very durable. Compared to other bikes for its price it has many of the same features of high priced bikes. I get lots of compliments for the moped style look. The battery performance has been good. If you ride normal speed it lasts a long time. You will use up a lot of charge going full speed everywhere. The media could not be loaded. Fast and fun ride, but I’m giving it 3 stars because of a few issues. 4 days later I’m changing my review to a 5 star because the bike is perfect once you set everything up and get the right accessories. My only issue is I’m having a hard time getting a replacement battery. I’ll update in a few weeks if I end up finding replacement batteries I’ve also had a few other problems. First, I’ve had trouble getting the front tire to sit correctly inside the rim. Second, I’ve had trouble getting the front motor wiring to connect so I can use the all-wheel drive feature, which is the main reason I ordered this particular e-bike. Finally, there are some misspellings in the manual. For example, step 4 is labeled “handlebars” when the picture shows instructions for the pedals. ... show more

Purchased on Christmas, arrived on time. Out of the box the only thing that needed to be installed was the handlebar and the front wheel. The headlight and front brake rotor were already assembled on the bike. My experience airing up both tires were extremely problematic as the bead on the tires would not completely seat on the rim. It literally took me hours to get the beads to seat correctly using lots of soapy water to aid in the process. It was very frustrating to get that to happen and not to have the tires bulging off of the rim which would cause the ride to have a severe wobble that would be noticeable while riding the bike. The next issue that I had was the battery. It was very difficult to remove off of the track on the bike. I contacted the company and was asked to send photos of the issue, which I did. The problem that I had was that one of the tabs on the battery that attach to the frame was mishappened. I was told by the company to shave the area and sent other instructions including a video to try and solve the issue. The response to my issue was answered quickly. I will say that when I opened the package the battery was sitting off to the side in the box and not directly attached to the bike itself, which in the end maybe how it got damaged. I do feel like they should have just sent me another battery instead of having to fix the issue myself. Pros: The cost of the bike is a bargain for what you are getting. The design of the bike gets loads of complements by people. Having dual motors that provide plenty of power and the ability to climb hills with ease. Keep in mind that the motors work either with just the rear and when you move the switch the front motor will activate to work together with the rear. The front motor never works alone. It has a bright headlight with rear turn signals, rear brake light and a horn not a bell. As a safety feature you do get hydraulic brakes which improves the stopping ability over mechanical brakes. Cons: For me the seat is very uncomfortable especially on long trips. Having an issue with the battery is concerning and having to shave parts of it off to make it easy to remove to me is something that you should not have to do. The suspension is okay. The rear is the only thing that is adjustable. The derailer is a bit noisy and will need some adjusting. Again. airing up the tires was a nightmare with my bike. Would I recommend this bike, I would have to say yes because it does provide value with the features that it does come with. The construction and quality could be better and I do believe that will improve with time. Also having quality control checks with the bike as a whole will help with possibly some of the issues that I experienced. You do get a charger, that takes about 5 to 6 hours to fully charge the bike depending on how much of the battery gets used while riding. I did manage to get the top speed of 29 mph and the mileage you get will vary depending on the level of assist and when using both the front and rear motor together. The bike also comes with a tool kit, a bag that you can attach to the bike along with an air pump was a nice touch. ... show more
