I originally purchased this hotspot for international travel and unfortunately realized afterward that it is not compatible for international use — which was completely my oversight and not the company’s fault. Even so, I’m still giving this product and company 5 stars because their customer service has honestly been outstanding. Customer support was incredibly responsive to every email I sent, answered all my questions quickly, and even helped process a refund for a plan I realized I didn’t need. That level of customer care goes a long way for me. I even asked if they plan to release an international hotspot in the future because this would absolutely be the company I’d purchase from again. As for the device itself, it’s compact, lightweight, easy to set up, and very user-friendly. I’m still keeping it because it’s perfect for backup internet during Spectrum outages or for those moments when I don’t trust public WiFi connections while out and about. Overall, great experience with both the product and the support team. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable domestic hotspot backed by excellent customer service. 🌎

I originally bought this hotspot because I only needed mobile data for a few weeks. I had removed the data plan from my phone after spending time abroad, and since I’ll be traveling out of the country again soon, I didn’t want to pay for a full cellular data plan in the meantime. The S2 hotspot turned out to be a very convenient solution. Setup was easy, I didn’t need a SIM card, and the connection has been reliable for my everyday needs. It gave me internet access without having to make changes to my phone plan or commit to another monthly service. What surprised me is that it works well enough that I’m now considering keeping it even after I return to the U.S. permanently. I had planned to add my phone’s data plan back, but this hotspot may make that unnecessary. For anyone who needs flexibility or wants to avoid paying for a traditional data plan, this is definitely worth considering.

For someone who usually works remotely, I found this to be super useful and essential. It can provide internet access to all my devices, such as phones, tablets, and laptop computers. One thing that is great about this one is that they do have 2 GB for free each month, and they do not expire, which is awesome. Therefore, when I do not need to travel, I can accumulate those free traffic and use later.

One of my biggest complaints is the battery life. It runs down faster than I expected, especially if you are actually using it throughout the day. For a portable travel device, I was hoping for something that would last longer without needing to be recharged so often.
