Loving this bike for my city ride and errands around the area. We live in a city and parking is really tough to find and expensive. Pros: • Easy to learn. • Has a good pull and stable acceleration. The pull is not too strong to scare you as some other ebikes. • Easy charge as it has a handle to pull it from the bike. • Compact and foldable. • It has suspension in the middle making it less bumepy but also feel a little wobly. • The height of the bike is perfect for me. I’m 5’2 and can comfortably ride the bike. • It comes with horn to alert other people along the way as this bike is super quiet. Cons: • Heavy • Needs side mirror for both sides. • The key to turn on the battery has to stay in as you ride. So be careful as you may bump it from the side. • The back carrier is way low. Unfortunately I can’t put a child seat at the back. I have not ridden it yet up to the mountains with high elevations but will definitely give everyone an update once we take it to the Sierras. But overall, I am very happy everytime I ride my ebike.

Rides smooth Great size I’m 5’1 I think some one that’s 5’8 would also be comfortable but any taller wouldn’t work. Bike is very small . The light is angled a weird way I recommend getting another front light .

I recently purchased this e-bike and I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance and features. I wrote this review after 3 weeks of use. It came basically assembled and need the handlebars mounted which took 2 minutes. After charging the battery I tried it out and was surprised by the ride and quality of this e- bike. I could easily fold and store this bike in my car. Once I remove the seat and battery I can lift with one hand. With a powerful 350W motor (peaking at 500W), Windone S14 electric bicycle offers up to 28 miles of pedal-assist range, making every ride a smooth and enjoyable experience. Cruise comfortably at speeds up to 19 mph, while ensuring my safety with front and rear disc brakes, providing reliable stopping power when I need it most. The e-bike has a maximum range of 21 miles in electric-only mode under certain conditions. The maximum pedal-assisted range is 28 miles. Our sons were ecstatic to save up their money and make this “big” purchase. They assembled them without troubles and charged them overnight, and they went for an awesome adventure the first day. Unfortunately, only one bike battery held its charge for even close to what the product description suggests. When I try to get customer support from Windone, it says this item doesn’t have support. Can someone from Windone help us out? We need a replacement battery. Thank you!
