The scooter arrived in great shape. Seat removal isn’t explained very well. Some of the stated description is a stretch. We are pleased with the product.

literally just rode this around, was annoyed because I couldn’t get it faster, it might be stuck at 18 mph when you get it but in order to hit max speed (28 mph) you have to click the “M” button 5 times, which I found in a video reviewing the scooter, manual is vague but helps with the setup, “iENYRID” youtube channel has tutorials, they help with the settings and display, as well as repair videos. I recommend this over others because the price is perfect for its quality, very good suspension, best I’ve seen, acceleration is calm and doesn’t jerk you off, good for new riders. Display is good, shows odometer, max speed, mph/km, and has 3 modes. If you’re doing a bit more off roading, this is perfect at its price point. Apparently has cruise control although I have not used it. The website for this company also has replacement parts and accessories which is nice. My only complaint is the title says 1200W motor when it is only 700W as the company states on their website for this scooter, hence why I have 4 out of 5 stars ... show more
