Installation was pretty easy with all the correct tools needed. Took about 2 hours but I worked slow and read through the instructions thoroughly. My "butt dyno" felt an increase in throttle response and turbo spooling was a bit quicker. Exhaust brake is a little louder but didn't notice any increase in turbo whine. You can hear the air flow better under hard acceleration. My intake temps decreased about 10 degrees so it does what it says it'll do. Main buying point for me was the fact that S&B posts their ISO 5011 test results for the intake. Not many manufacturers do that. I'm happy with the purchase and installation. Looks good too.

Followed the You Tube instructions for install and it was very straight forward. There was a slight increase in the sound of the turbo, and a slight improvement in mileage, but less than 1 MPG, which is not what I was after. It's hard to say if there is improved power, as I bought a new 5th wheel going from a bumper pull, so not exactly like for like. But I did pull the trailer over some large mountain passes, and the temps stayed normal and truck performed great.

Overall I am satisfied with the intake, great build quality, as well as instructions, however the one thing I was not fond of is the way it clamps to the turbo inlet. I feel like the supplied rubber boot that connects the intake to the turbo should be 1/4-1/2 inch longer to make a better seal and give the clamp a little more “meat” to grab onto.

Was fairly easy to install. A tad tight in there. Can hear the turbo more at times but not sure that's a sales point. I've had it for installed for about 5k miles now and the filter is noticeably dirty, guess that's what it's supposed to do.

This is an all round good product. It takes a little patients to install but not really hard. Good instructions. I don't know about fuel mileage increase so I didn't rate it. But, throttle response is way better. I would buy again and suggest it to someone.

Question: Will this fit on my 2019 ram 2500 6.7? Answer: Yes, the 75-5068D will fit a 2019. We haven't updated the fitment to 2019 as it's not CARB exempt for 2019 yet, but this doesn't matter if you don't live in California. By S&B Filters, Inc. Seller on May 28, 2019 Part #: 75-5068D will not fit MY 2019 Ram 2500, 6.7L. It was not even close so I am returning & now I have to pay for return shipping & possible restocking fee according to the seller. Live & learn. S&B makes great products, this just does not fit my application when they (S&B) stated it would.
