This feels great, and has a nice amount of pressure. I would suggest that you order a size, if using it around your waist/abdomen, that covers at least a couple of inches below your waist size. The biggest problem is that the fasteners, which is essentially the entirety of the binder, wears out really quickly. Every time you pull it off, it essentially breaks the fabric a little bit. I’ve been wearing it every day for almost 2 weeks, and it starts to not hook properly at the top and bottom. This is because I need to fasten it in essentially the same place every day. This is disappointing because I hoped it would work pre-and post surgery.

Last a week the Velcro comes undone if you use the same spot too much. So if you get it you’ll need it if your losing weight and it’s constantly changing then you’re good.

I bought this belt to alternate with the one given to me in the hospital following abdominal surgery. It is not quite as sturdy as the one from the hospital, but it works, is a bit more comfortable and the black color is nice to have.
