When I first got this perfume, it smelled like a bathroom cleaner. Someone commented that it smelled "gamey." My entire household commented on how much they hated it! However with these types of perfumes you need to let the oil settle before the true scent comes out. I sprayed a few times over the course of the month to see how it is we changing and now almost 2 months later this smells gorgeous. It transformed from a linear, overly sweet fruity rose into a grown, sophisticated fragrance. My skin amps up the spiciness on this perfume. It's a beautiful spicy rose incense type smell on me. The rhubarb gives a tart note and there is something in there that reminds me of the stems and leaves of the rose. The rose has an almost smoky vibe to me but this definitely is a feminine, clean scent. This seems more appropriate for an older woman, I don't detect very much sweetness and the fruitiness leans darker/sexier. I'm in my 30s and I feel like this suits me perfectly. This scent is also a beast! One spray on my wrist and I am covered in a strong bubble of spicy roses. Even after washing my clothes with unscented detergent it still remains in some of my sweaters. Luckily I adore this scent and honestly might consider it my new signature scent so that's not a problem for me! This is definitely better suited to cooler weather, it might be cloying in hot weather. Probably not appropriate to wear at the office, but would be fine for day to day wearing. Maybe not a safe blind buy but this is truly an incredible fragrance for anyone who loves roses.

I bought this as a dupe for perfume de Marley. There is a powder scent. Scent stays on. Not as much rose flowery smell as I expected. If unisex for men I am not sure I would purchase for a man. It comes in a very well made pink bottle with a cute tassel.

There are 2 minor imperfections on the bottle (a slight tag on the pink, and a minor scuff on the cap) but they're only noticeable when you look for them. The bottle otherwise arrived in one piece with no leakage. As with all Middle Eastern fragrances, I gave it 5 sprays and I'm leaving it to sit to fully mature. But right out of the box, the scent is a stunningly beautiful delicate rose. It smells classic but not old. I will update my review in a month or two, when it's had time to fully mature and I can get all the layers of the fragrance, but I feel it's already perfectly usable already, even without the depth I expect it to develop with a little bit of time.

I was surprised by the size of the bottle and how heavy it is (top tier). The fragrance it self smells like sweet roses (literally like a rose bush). I put 1 spray on my arm at 7pm and it stayed for a good 13-14 hrs. It’s a really strong smell so don’t over spray it.
