  • Great Electric Scooter For The Price
Color: Silver Grey
The media could not be loaded. This scooter is a great buy if you are in the market for a reliable commuter electric scooter. Front suspension works well on bumpy brick roads and sidewalks. The scooter deck is wider than comparable brands' making for an easier riding experience. The blinkers are in a great spot to let other drivers/riders know you are turning and the front light shines well at night. The max 25 speed is wonderful for general everyday use. Assembly is super simple - maybe 10-15 minutes tops out of the box. Battery life is long enough to have multiple rides before recharging. ... show more

  • I love it! Great Scooter!
Color: Silver Grey
I’m really happy with this scooter! It’s built really solid it doesn’t feel cheap at all. It is very fast and comfortable to ride, the battery life is pretty good for what I use it for. This is definitely not a child’s toy! Every one that I’ve let ride it comes back with a big smile on their face.

  • A good scooter so far.
Color: Grey
Very good so far, battery holds pretty well going from home to work then college and back. My only minor gripe with it is the front wheel has a limited steering ark, while not a problem while actually riding it, it makes positioning it a bit awkward while not riding, I typically end up giving up and pick it up to position it, though it is quite hefty. The shocks are very nice and make for a surprisingly smooth ride and the built in lights serve there purpose well enough for visibility in the dark and to other vehicles. The alarm and fingerprint make a decent theft deterrent but I would still get a lock if you leave it outside of line of sight. Build seems very solid aside from the plastic wheel guards, everything else seems to be metal giving it a very sturdy structure. ... show more

  • Powerful, Fast, not seeing 50 mile Range per charge
Color: Grey
It might go better on the eco mode, but at the faster speed I am seeing about 10 miles off a charge, and the scooter sends an error message around 20% E56 and shutdown have to walk it home. This is my first electric scooter and it is powerful, climbed up hill in grass no problem. Amazing something out of the box can go this fast. I like the shocks and suspension, breaks work well though not exactly sure how I will service them when I have used it more, overall pretty stable might need to tighten up some of the parts on it. There might be a fast charger. Current charge time is 8 hours which would be nice to see an improvement on. I like the bluetooth app, has ability to lock and unlock. Haven't tried all the features yet. It is around 70 lbs if I remember correctly - not impossible to carry but definitely not something you would want to carry for long distances - can roll it home if there is an error like I am getting, that said in the coming years we will likely see lighter versions with greater range which will be cool to see, easily take on the public transit. ... show more

  • RS500 Full Review with Ratings
Color: Silver Grey
The media could not be loaded. I got this scooter over 2 weeks ago and have gotten to ride about 19 miles on this scooter so far. I've enjoyed riding this scooter and want to write a review about my experience, so far, with a rating of 1-5/5 (one being the lowest and 5 being the highest). This is my second Cunfon scooter (my first was the Cunfon RZ800) and my 3rd scooter ever. I thoroughly enjoyed the RZ800, but unfortunately it got stole. This is when I decided to give the RS500 a try! Breakdown by category: Speed 5/5: In "Race" mode, I have reached 25 MPH on this scooter, which feels really fast on a scooter! In my opinion, there is little need to go much faster than this, especially for safety – so I am very happy with the max speed. This has been the only quality scooter in this price range I have found that reaches this high of a speed. There are 3 other speed modes in case you don't want to be zooming all the time. "SPORT" reaches 19 MPH, "ECO" I believe reaches around 10 MPH and "PARK" keeps the scooter stationary. Stability 5/5: The RS500 feels incredibly stable when riding! The deck is very wide and can suit various positions for you to place your feet (e.g. feet side-by-side, one foot behind the other, etc.) The RS500 also has the highest deck off the ground out of any scooter I've ever ridden, which I have enjoyed and I think improves the stability. Honestly, the stability makes the scooter so much fun to ride since I don't need to focus much on the security of the ride. Height of Handlebars 5/5: For me, the above-average height of the handlebars from the board were a nice plus. I am only 5'8" (172.5 cm), but I have found the handlebars' placement to be favorable, especially when thinking of my 6'3" (190.5 cm) partner. Range 4/5 (but 5/5 in this price range): The range on this scooter is 25-35 max miles, which is a very impressive range for the $450 I purchased it for! After doing some research on other scooters, and according to Google AI, 12-25 miles seems to be the average range at the $500 price point. I got spoiled with a 50-mile range from my previous scooter ($800 scooter) but let's be honest, when do you need to travel more than 25 miles in one trip? Being able to have this above-average range and the amazingly high speed at this price is such a treat! Security 4.5/5: This scooter has a handful of safety features. One is you can electronically lock the scooter on their nifty Lewheel app. When locked, this scooter can be unlocked using your fingerprint or by using the app. In order to access your scooter on the app, you have to use a code. This code can be customized so nobody else can access your scooter via app – this is a security feature a previous scooter I owned from another brand lacked. The only thing I would add would be a way to lock the scooter without using the app, but such a minor thing given the competitive price. Suspension 4/5 (5/5 in this price range): This scooter has a unique suspension system on the front of the scooter. I live in an area where many of the roads are brick roads, which are a pain-in-the-butt to ride on using a scooter with no or poor suspension. The front suspension is great for navigating these roads and really decrease the discomfort when scooting over uneven surfaces. Unfortunately, there is no suspension in the back. Fortunately, the front suspension is great enough to make up for some of this. My previous $500 scooter didn't have any suspension, so any suspension at all is really a treat in the price range. The suspension is almost not even noticeable, visually-speaking – which makes the aesthetic look really cool! Price 5/5: ($450 after coupon and sale)- When I purchased this scooter, it was listed at $500 with the option of attaching a $50 coupon since it was just barely placed on the market! Even without the coupon, this is a fantastic deal for this scooter given its top speed, distance, stability, power, enjoyment of ride, etc. Customer Service 5/5: My interactions with them have been conducted over Whatsapp. Their customer service is fantastic and their reps are extremely personable and reasonable. I had multiple issues with my previous scooter purchased from them and they thoroughly communicated with me until all my issues were resolved. A note worth mentioning is their business hours are 8:30 pm to 4:30 am EST. You read that correctly, because it's a Chinese company, their businesses hours are opposite to those in the US, but it makes sense. Noise 5/5: Virtually no noise, besides the extremely subtle motor. It's usually completely unnoticeable for me. Other Pros: 1) Left and right turn signals! The lights are very-well placed on the end of the handlebars. These are by far favorite turn signals and any scooter to date. 2) Fun rainbow lights flash under the deck for fun sidewalk/road illumination Other Cons: I honestly only have two little complaints about this scooter. 1) The kickstand is a just a weeee bit too short, in my opinion. It can still stand up with no issues, but it takes a bit of intention when using it. 2) My brakes came a little too loose. One brake is 90% tightened whilst the other one is only maybe 30% tightened. Fortunately, they include a tool to easily adjust the brakes' tightness. Overall, I am very please with this scooter and would highly recommend the RS500 to anyone looking for a scooter at the $500-$600 range. I will upload some videos when I have someone to record me riding. ... show more

  • Not as advertised
Color: Silver Grey
The scooter looks high quality, but unfortunately the performance doesn’t match. They claim it can reach 25 mph with a 25 mile range, but at 170 lbs, I could only get it up to 19mph and barely 7 miles on a charge. On top of that, it would randomly lose power even with plenty of battery life, leaving me stranded and having to walk it home. Decent build on the outside, but the internal components and performance are very disappointing. ... show more
