Great unit we purchased 2 of them and ride them all over. The multi speed functions are an excellent feature for allowing grandkids to use or running the Australian Shepherd! If your looking to purchase for long rides the battery life is great for eco which keeps you at 9 miles an hour and the sport goes a max of 19 miles an hour usually can ride 25 to 30miles without charging race well it only gets about 18 miles but you are riding close to 28 miles an hour so I would say that is expected. Lights are a great feature for safety but headlight is ok not a midnight recommendation. The rubber pad on the platform has started to curl but think that’s do to sun exposure and the heat releases the glue but when cool it will adhere again so recommend parking in shade when not riding. The cruse control is a must have it works great for long rides your hand does enjoy this feature. And the ride is actually pretty impressive takes bumps within reason with ease definitely will be purchasing a couple more in the near future for guess that want to ride 😎 ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love my Cunfon RZ800. I am a mountain biker so when I get on this thing I throw alot at it. IT TAKES IT!!! I think it's the best of both worlds for a smooth ride and going over mild to medium rough terrain. The shocks work decent and real mileage over multiple terrains and uphill/downhill is 25 miles. I'm 220 lbs and even when the battery is low the speed will still go around 27mph. I'm glad I spent a little extra money on the RZ800. WELL WORTH IT!!! Customer service emails takes a minute because it comes from China but it's there. They also have lots of replacement parts on their website. BIG PLUS. ... show more

    • A good scooter so far.
Very good so far, battery holds pretty well going from home to work then college and back. My only minor gripe with it is the front wheel has a limited steering ark, while not a problem while actually riding it, it makes positioning it a bit awkward while not riding, I typically end up giving up and pick it up to position it, though it is quite hefty. The shocks are very nice and make for a surprisingly smooth ride and the built in lights serve there purpose well enough for visibility in the dark and to other vehicles. The alarm and fingerprint make a decent theft deterrent but I would still get a lock if you leave it outside of line of sight. Build seems very solid aside from the plastic wheel guards, everything else seems to be metal giving it a very sturdy structure. ... show more

This is a outstanding electric scooter I'm 65 years old and this baby is a beast compare too other scooters I own at 31 mph it's to fast for me and the suspense system is outstanding for a $800 scooter you can preset the max speed you want this baby too go to save your battery at 31 mph you will get 25 miles out of the battery the less the speed the more miles you get out of the battery! ... show more

This scooter is robust. I'm 210lbs and it carries me with ease. It's definitely a fast scooter. I ride it every day, through grass, dirt, and on pavement. I have over 300 miles on it and I've had it for a month. The after sales support is really good. That's extremely important if you need any specialized tools for repair or have any questions they are always available Monday through Friday and they'll send you what you need.     • DANGEROUS TRASH. A Total Liability and Bait-and-Switch. DO NOT BUY.
I wish I could give this scooter zero stars. The CUNFON RZ800 is not a means of transportation; it is a monument to cheap manufacturing and a genuine safety hazard. This scooter is, quite simply, garbage right out of the box. The build quality is flimsy. After less than 50 miles, the handlebar stem developed a dangerous wobble that no amount of tightening could fix, making every ride feel like a gamble. The "long-range" battery is a complete bait-and-switch. I got maybe 5-7 miles on flat ground before the meter plummeted from 80% to dead, leaving me stranded miles from home. The displayed speed is wildly inaccurate, making it impossible to judge your actual pace. Worst of all, the brakes are a joke. They squeal incessantly and, when applied aggressively, they simply do not stop the scooter reliably, especially going downhill. I nearly had two major accidents because of the non-existent stopping power. This is a death trap marketed as a commuter solution. If you value your time, your money, and your physical safety, scroll past this product immediately. It is an overpriced liability with non-existent customer support. BUYER BEWARE. ... show more

We had a flat tire while taking the scooter off road and the seller was responsive, helped us get it back on the road fast and provided videos to help us with the process. I’ve only had it one day but man is this scooter fun! I’m 6’1” 193 lbs and I got it up to the stated 31mph. When you’re in a car 31 mph seems slow but on a scooter it’s plenty fast and will get your heart pumping. The app loaded and worked just fine. The wide balloon style tires handle the road and grass just fine and offer extra cushion that compliment the suspension. The breaks are pretty responsive and coupled with the natural slow down when you release the throttle it stops pretty quickly. The lights on it are pretty legit and there’s no reason anyone who’s looking would not see you. The turn signals are very vibrant as well. The horn is plenty loud. All and all the ride is smooth , soft, fast, and suits the back of an aging man. ... show more
