Very smooth ride, (since theirs no dual suspension, just watch out for big bumps/curbs I almost went flying off on one lol) App is well put together, Cruise control automatically takes over after riding at a constant speed for more than 5 secs(can turn this off in app), lights are pretty bright, fingerprint lock very handy(was suspicious at first) Park mode 3-4 mph, eco 5-6 sport 9 mph and Race is 19 mph, very good on mileage little ring bell can be handy, the brake is very well put together it's only available on one hand though so be careful going really fast then brake checking, you either go flying off or it takes a soft brake. For $322 all together pretty good ( My fender was broken during shipping package as well) Charging is pretty good too- I had like 2 charges left and it took about 3-4 going all the way back up to 5 charges. I’m really happy with this scooter! The build quality is solid and feels premium. It rides very smoothly, even on slightly rough floors, and the acceleration is quick but stable. The deck is wide and comfortable to stand on, and the braking is responsive. Battery life is also impressive — I can ride for quite a while before needing to charge. Great unit we purchased 2 of them and ride them all over. The multi speed functions are an excellent feature for allowing grandkids to use or running the Australian Shepherd! If your looking to purchase for long rides the battery life is great for eco which keeps you at 9 miles an hour and the sport goes a max of 19 miles an hour usually can ride 25 to 30miles without charging race well it only gets about 18 miles but you are riding close to 28 miles an hour so I would say that is expected. Lights are a great feature for safety but headlight is ok not a midnight recommendation. The rubber pad on the platform has started to curl but think that’s do to sun exposure and the heat releases the glue but when cool it will adhere again so recommend parking in shade when not riding. The cruse control is a must have it works great for long rides your hand does enjoy this feature. And the ride is actually pretty impressive takes bumps within reason with ease definitely will be purchasing a couple more in the near future for guess that want to ride 😎 ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love my Cunfon RZ800. I am a mountain biker so when I get on this thing I throw alot at it. IT TAKES IT!!! I think it's the best of both worlds for a smooth ride and going over mild to medium rough terrain. The shocks work decent and real mileage over multiple terrains and uphill/downhill is 25 miles. I'm 220 lbs and even when the battery is low the speed will still go around 27mph. I'm glad I spent a little extra money on the RZ800. WELL WORTH IT!!! Customer service emails takes a minute because it comes from China but it's there. They also have lots of replacement parts on their website. BIG PLUS. ... show more

    • I had high hopes, but have run into a detrimental issue.

When I received the scooter, it was everything I expected and was very easy to set up and that was nice. For the four days I've had it, it's run smoothly with no hiccups but unfortunately today that has changed. I'm having a serious issue with the powering: it suddenly turned off and would not turn back on. I went to the nearest gas station and had the attendant help me pull the handlebar panel off because the troubleshoot on Amazon told me to do that and to make sure all the wires were connected. It appeared to have one wire that did not connect to anything which I assumed was okay because it's worked perfectly up until now so I'm not sure if that's the problem. We managed to just move the wires around a bit and the power turned back on and ran normal for about 15 minutes. Now the power keeps turning on and off and goes into a shut down state where the green button remains on but the screen and acceleration button don't work. It will then turn back on and I can use it normally for a few minutes until it starts all over again. I've reached out to Amazon support but today has been stressful so I told them to call me back later after I've calmed down. I don't know if this is a defect with this scooter solely or if others have run into this problem. For how much this scooter was, I'm disappointed. And looking on the seller page to see they only sell two scooters and are stationed in China, I don't have a lot of hope for this. Hoping when I get back on with Amazon support we can figure out the issue otherwise I'll have to request a refund. Which is also irritating because I opted for throwing the box it came in away because I didn't have the space to hold onto it. Praying for good but it's not looking great. ... show more

Great scooter in hardware. Software is a big disappointment. Difficult to get the "smart scooter" to be smart. Purchased it to save money since I was in the market for a GoTraxx scooter. This one is indeed made well but the other features are difficult to figure out and get working. Got what I paid for. Solid ride but not the best electronics and battery power runs out much sooner that its GoTraxx counterpart at twice the price. ... show more

Very good so far, battery holds pretty well going from home to work then college and back. My only minor gripe with it is the front wheel has a limited steering ark, while not a problem while actually riding it, it makes positioning it a bit awkward while not riding, I typically end up giving up and pick it up to position it, though it is quite hefty. The shocks are very nice and make for a surprisingly smooth ride and the built in lights serve there purpose well enough for visibility in the dark and to other vehicles. The alarm and fingerprint make a decent theft deterrent but I would still get a lock if you leave it outside of line of sight. Build seems very solid aside from the plastic wheel guards, everything else seems to be metal giving it a very sturdy structure. ... show more
