Great chainsaw buy if you already have bought into the Ryobi system. Put in some oil, plug in a battery, and you're good to go. If planning on extended cutting best to have another battery on hand. Excellent tool w/o using gas or aggravating pull start. Highly recommended!!!

I ordered a “NEW” RYOBI battery chain saw but I received a used one. When the saw was delivered, the box was taped from one end to the other. I do not know if it will run or not as I have not received the batteries and charge yet.

Purchased to be able to trim up the yard and cut wood. Works amazing! Love the ease of having the battery powered chainsaw. For the amount of use it will be perfect for us.

One of the best little chainsaws I've ever bought in my life. However, the company is out to lunch. They don't know what chainsaw they sell you. And they don't know how to fix it, if it's broken or how to return it or replace it. Let me just give you the runaround and a hassle. I love the fact that it is battery powered and light weight. It is easy to handle and easy to use. I live in a rural area with a lot of trees and it to keep them trimmed up. Also used it to clean up some the fence row around my property.
