This thing just plain works! I used it to clear out a fallen tree and cut through stuff that was larger than recommended, and it handled it no problem. The charge from the battery lasted longer than I expected. The only drawback is that the chainsaw oil will leak out of the bottom so keep this in a bag or put it somewhere where you won't care. Great chainsaw buy if you already have bought into the Ryobi system. Put in some oil, plug in a battery, and you're good to go. If planning on extended cutting best to have another battery on hand. Excellent tool w/o using gas or aggravating pull start. Highly recommended!!!

We finally had to replace our old Ryobi 10 in. Battery Chainsaw, and we got Ryobi One+ HP 18V Brushless Chainsaw. It has some new features my husband and I really like, an easier way to tighten the chain when it needs it and the tool to do that has a place on the saw. It has plenty of power and isn't too heavy.
