We were looking for an outdoor sofa and we are happy with this purchase. It was easy enough to put together and instructions were easy to follow. Looks nice and overall it is comfortable. I would say the back support is low so if taller may not be ideal. Cushions are not the thickest but still work. We went with the lighter ran pillows and I can see they are going to be hard to keep clean.

I purchased this patio set for my new outdoor gazebo. Everything went great on order. Order arrived super fast. Assembly very easy and gave great service in 2022. Stored the set inside for winter. Took it back out this spring,2023, and still as good as year 1. No color fading , spills easy to clean and get good comments from guests who have used it. Thanks for a great furniture set.

Our original order was missing 2 primary components for assembly of the base of the sectional and the process to get replacements parts was very challenging and took over a month to resolve. The initial replacement parts arrived in roughly 2 weeks but were the incorrect color, and it was roughly another 2 weeks to receive the correct color components. The seller actually suggested we simply install the incorrect colored panels in a location where they would not be seen which was a frustrating response but the issue was ultimately resolved. Just something to consider when buying a products fulfilled by a 3rd party on Amazon. Parts issues aside, we were disappointed in how low the back of the sectional is which offers very little back support. The product images also indicate the cushions have tie-down buckles which they definitely do not so they will blow away in the wind if left out and not secured in some other manner. We do like the adjustable lounge feature and the sectional feels sturdy overall. Assembly was also not bad in my opinion once we had all of the correct parts but did take some time to complete and you need some patience.

Contacted the company and had the missing pieces delivered to me asap. Very responsive and helpful to make things right. Worth the money and amazing customer service!!
