Ordered Waggle pet monitor for our RV due to living in Texas where the heat can get really bad so we did not want to take any chances. Upon receiving the monitor everything was self explanatory and set up was very very easy. They even include all the items you would need to mount the device which was a plus so we mounted the device and activated it and the alerts started coming in almost immediately and to this day the alerts are timely and accurate as far as the temperature. We love being able to know if there is a power loss or any type of issue. we would definitely recommend this product to anyone with pets or even just to monitor the temperature and status of your power. Customer service even goes above and beyond to make sure any needs or concerns are addressed as I spoke with Mike to have the device updated. Works well for temp and power monitoring. Notifications are prompt, and easy to turn off if you don't need them. App is fine. I'm maybe on my 4th unit, I don't think any of them have lasted more than 2 years, but it is a good investment in my pets safety. My biggest fear when I travel with my dog is the climate… that the truck is too hot or that the A/C in the RV isn’t working correctly. Waggle takes the guesswork out of traveling with your pet. You set your safe temperature range and receive notifications when temps are outside that range. Now I know how long it is safe to be gone and when I need to return to my vehicle; an invaluable service. The only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars is that the Waggle app needs an actual alarm-sound, rather than just a text or email, to warn you when temperatures get dangerous. I received the unit quickly. Set up was easy. Can't wait to see it work as we travel. I thought verizon was the data plan but when signed up it is nimble, I hope their coverage is as good as verizons. Time will tell

****update*** shortly after posting this review, they did credit back the 10.00. Shame they said they would not do it, then after posting they refunded, just to get bad review off. But at least they made it right, could've done that in the beginning!! The product is great, monitor will just not hold a charge that well. Have had issues every year that it's up for renewal. Last year I informed them I DID NOT want an auto renewal. This year they charged my card on the auto renewal. I contacted them and they said no problem and credited my account back the 149, MINUS a 10.00 administrative fee. What a way to make money!! I realize it's just 10.00, but just how many people have they done that too?? It adds up. Unit was not always accurate either ... show more
