Update#5: Xinshuoxun is a responsible merchant and took care of the problem. System working again. Xinshuoxun provided communication every time I contacted them. The replacement camera that shipped the 2nd time arrived and functions correctly. I believe the courier WANBExpress caused the delay of the replacement, but Xinshuoxun sent a 2nd replacement camera immediately, and I have updated my rating accordingly. I recommend Xinshuoxun to anyone needing this product because of the reasonable price and the fast customer service I received. Update#4 Xinshuoxun continues to respond to questions in a timely manner, and it now appears the replacement that was shipped is lost, and another is being sent. The courier the company uses is WANBExpress. I did a search and found WANBExpress has a 91% one star rating on Trustpilot, so I guess it's not surprising the package was lost. Hopefully Xinshuoxun will be able to resolve the issue. I will update my review and rating as soon as I have more information. Update#3 Using parcelsapp.com I entered the tracking number Xinshuoxun provided. Jul 24, 2023 1:04 AM Dear customer, hello! This situation has brought you a bad experience, and I sincerely apologize to you. This is a problem with the camera, we will immediately send you a brand new camera to fix this problem for you. Please provide your shipping address. Based on this prompt customer service reply, I have updated my rating from one to three stars. I will update this review again as applicable. Purchased June 15, 2023. Received camera June 21, 2023. Mounted this on a Kubota tractor to monitor a stump grinder and it worked great for just over a month. Now trees and grass display as a bright pink or white, not green. All other colors appear correct. This makes it very difficult to see stumps clearly on monitor, especially in bright sunlight with stump surrounded by grass. If I'd given a review earlier I would have given it 5 stars. I've contacted Xinshuoxun about the problem and will update my review after I receive a reply. The Amazon return window closed yesterday. As of today, I could not recommend this product. Hopefully Xinshuoxun will reply soon and I can give an update at that time.
