Really nice tag mount for the rear dash camera or backup camera. I would recommend installing the camera first on the mount before attaching it to your vehicle.

Bracket was simple enough & perfect fit for place holes we screwed in to. Put on the rear license plate with one drawback - You’ll never guess where the license place bulb is - yep - exact same place above where we screwed in the rear view camera onto the bracket. So at night from a distance the license plate light casts a shadow shining above the camera. Doesn’t affect our camera view - Only time there’s no shadow on my plate is when another car’s headlights shine on us from behind. So take into consideration where your plate light is when hooking up the rearview camera. Good Value for money- has good functionality and durability. ... show more

Bought this bracket to mount a small backup camera I picked up and it works exactly as advertised. The stainless steel is solid and looks clean on the bumper; it came with the necessary screws and lined up perfectly with my plate holes. The bracket holds the little camera firmly without wobble at highway speeds, and installation took about 20 minutes with basic tools. The bracket’s finish is rust-resistant so far, which is important where I live (lots of rain/coastal air). If you have a camera with an odd footprint, you might need to modify the mount slightly, but for standard rectangular backup cams this is plug-and-play. Very happy with the sturdiness and value. Make sure your camera lines up. I had trouble with the holes lining up. Had to put my screws in crooked to just secure to the mount.
