My fellow RV owners have been so jealous of my outstanding awning! This thing is tough and if you've got it secured to the ground properly you will be amazed at how it handles high winds! Holy cow I owned this motorhome for 30 years and this awning is by far the best replacement I ever purchased... It's thicker than most and actually will bounce 1" hail back into the sky like a trampoline (captured on video as two neighbors awnings were shredded by the exact same storm, one of those newer than mine...) Stop shopping just buy this one, you'll be glad you did!

Easy to install (well, relatively), and material seems to meet the Carefree quality I had on my Arctic Fox trailer. My camper has the power Carefree awning, and this new awning slid right in without any issues. Can’t speak to longevity, but I’ll update this if I notice any abnormal wear.
