Great replacement awning for my Roo. Very pleased with the look and feel of the material. No instructions included, but honestly if you don't look for a YouTube video to walk you through it, any written instructions wouldn't be enough. 2 people minimum, 3 is way better.

The item seems to be of good quality, time will tell. It came with a roll of tape and some strapping material, no useful instructions and idea what either are for. We watched various youtube videos (none matched or our awning style exactly but we managed to learn enough to get it installed.

Appears to be a heavy fabric. Description states that it comes with an instructional video and a detailed instruction manual. There is no video to be found, and the instruction manual showed only 3 steps: the first panel was "how to measure", the second panel was insert the poly 3 cords, and the last one was slide the cords and awning into the awning tube slots. I watched several YouTube videos and followed those instructions. If the instructions were better or the video had been supplied the rating would be higher. I'll see how well it holds up and give another update at a future date.
