A year ago when I bought my small-ish Winnebago, we were told that replacing the existing 10 foot awning fabric would run $1500 -- to which I replied "H**L no, my Mama didn't raise no fool!" This kit, which was well under $100, allowed me to do the job myself with excellent results. Looks like the factory installed it! The quality of the material was excellent, and it fit correctly. The awning has proven to hold up just fine to rain and it would certainly keep us dry. (I can't speak to snow yet, as we very rarely get any in Virginia Beach.) I rather like the gradient color change effect, and while I'm not a huge fan of the grey color theme (there are other choices), it matched the RV's exterior color scheme the best. Installation was easy. I did recruit a friend to help, which made it easier, but I could have done it myself if necessary. Only time will tell about the fabric's longevity, but it certainly seems durable, and at this price it would be a great value even if I had to replace it every few years. Finally, the included instructions were clear and easy to follow. I'm happy, and would buy again.

Measured the fabric immediately upon arrival and it's a full 2 inches shorter than the claimed 15'2". Now there's a noticeable gap on both ends of my awning rail .

I recently replaced my old, worn-out RV awning with this new one, and I’m really impressed with the quality for the price. The 19.5oz heavy-duty vinyl feels thick and durable right out of the box, and it definitely seems built to handle sun, rain, and wind without tearing or fading quickly. Installation took a little time, which is expected with any awning replacement, but the material itself was easy to work with and slid into the track without much trouble. Having a second person made the process smoother, and once everything was in place, it fit my 10FT awning perfectly, matching the listed size accurately. We replaced our old RV awning fabric with this one and I’m honestly really impressed. The material feels thick and durable. You can tell it’s made to handle weather! Install wasn’t as bad either. Took a little time for the hubby but everything lined up pretty well and once it was in, it looked really clean and tight. Definitely recommend having an extra set of hands though lol. We got the gray fade, it’s beautiful! And looks really nice in person too, gives the camper a bit of an updated look instead of that old worn out fabric we had before. Big plus is the sun protection, you can actually feel the difference sitting under it, way cooler and more shaded. Feels like it’s going to last a really long time and totally worth the money!

I need to replace the awnings on my camper, so I ordered this one first to see if it would be a good option before committing to ordering the second one. Because of the price point, I really wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this awning fabric. It feels durable and well made, and I really love the black fade design, it’s going to look great on the camper. We haven’t been able to install it yet due to the weather, but we’ve installed awnings before and this one appears very similar to others we’ve used and includes everything needed for installation. Based on the quality, I believe we’ll get many good years out of this awning fabric. I definitely plan to order the matching one for our second awning.
