This is a really nice coat. I’ll be detailed here, since I always appreciate reviews that help me decide whether something’s worth buying—especially when it comes to clothing. I chose the black color in a Large. The fit is great overall, though I should mention it’s a bit snug around the shoulders and underarms; but not overly so. Simply stating so you’ll be aware and not surprised. It’s definitely a more athletic cut compared to the other coats I usually wear, which tend to have extra room for layering wearing a suit jacket or a sweater. With this one, you’re really only going to be comfortable wearing it over your shirt—but that’s actually perfect, since it’s more of a lightweight overcoat meant for mild or slightly rainy weather, not deep winter. I really love the quality “London Fog” type material and the timeless, classic style—this is the kind of piece that’ll look good for years to come. One thing to note: it arrived vacuum-sealed, so the wrinkles and deep fold lines are going to take a bit of effort to smooth out. But after a few sessions with my trusty clothes steamer, I’m confident it’ll be just fine.

Well this was a surprise as when I received it I didn't know what it was. It came in a very compressed package--but after opening it and laying it out I was quite impressed with the look--as well as quality of the coat. The coat doesn't have a lining but it seems that it would be great worn with sweaters or extra shirts underneath. The look is fantastic and it actually looks like many coats similar for a much higher price.

I was very surprised by the quality of this coat. The liner is well stitched, and I liked the fit. In regards to fit, I ordered the larger and for my body type according to their sizing chart, it was correct. I and not a huge fan of the belt, as it does not have a buckle (is a tie type), but I can take the belt off and it looks just fine. The buttons are are nicely stitched, and I have no issues when buttoning up. The belt is really why I have it a 4 stars, but it should not take away from the fit and quality.

This trench coat is of a classic and timeless design. The material quality is good, and the accents are well-chosen, adding to the coat's overall look. The side pockets are deep (a must for me), and there is an interior breast pocket. I'm an XL, 6'3", and around 215 pounds, and the coat fit me well—a perfect dress-up jacket at a reasonable price. My only complaint is similar to many other products: the packaging of the coat, which came folded in plastic. I'll need to iron it out before I can wear it, but that is a minor complaint. To summarize, I think this is a well made trench coat at a reasonable price.

Full disclosure, I ordered this for my husband but ended up keeping it for myself since it's a bit small for him in the medium. It's high-quality, long, sleek and fits me beautifully. It's a classic trench coat that I can dress up or dress down. I've seen similar coats at Macy's for twice the price, so I'm really happy to have this classic, timeless piece in my wardrobe.

The full length one get in the way of so many things, like driving or walking...ugh The double breasted look makes you stand out and the button over collar completes the GQ look (yes I'm old). This fits me well for the size I usually purchase. It is strong synthetic-feeling material that will repel water, so it will be a good coat for wet weather. I think it looks great too. It has huge buttons and a tie-belt. This is the first trench coat I have ever owned, and I like this very much.
