I have four of these for all my floss and needed another. I do a lot of cross stitching for family, friends and the County Fair. I love my floss organization. I even have a spread sheet of all my floss for quick reference.

This box is the perfect size to fit on a standard-size bookshelf, so it works great for organization on my craft shelf. The plastic color is nice and clear (not cloudy) so that I can judge if the color I need is in the box without needing to open it. The thread winder is super sturdy, and I like how I can attach it to the box itself to use it and then store it away in the box for later. The included labels match all of the DMC threads that I have. I also think this is a great price for two boxes. My only complaint is that sometimes the thread winder squeaks when using it.

The large caddy was perfect, the smaller one was completely not usable. It was too short to accept the floss on the holders. The lid would not close. Again, the large one was very usable and easily filled!

I bought this to organize my thread and everything worked great...except the little tool that winds the thread onto the card. It could be user error, but I ended up not using it because it kept falling off of the box and I had to hold it between my knees to use it (not advised, BTW, it's painful). For what I spent, I think this was a good buy. There's still lots of cards left over and I really liked the DMC stickers that came with it. It makes it easy to organize and reference quickly when working on projects.
