    • Cute,
Color: Multicolored
LOVE THIS KIT!!!! I make friendship bracelets and the color array is wonderful! The thread is super soft and easy to work with. Minimal knotting, a little bit of fraying if it gets caught on something but knots stay tight and even. Little need to retighten which is great. Soft silky and bright colors. Only thing is i wish I could get replacements for the colors I’ve already used. Not sure where to get those! The case is very cute and smaller than I thought so it’s very compact for on the go. ... show more

    • Great, just one small flaw
Color: Multicolored
This was exactly what I was looking for when I picked up cross stitching again. It keeps everything organized and in one place, it has all the tools you’ll need, and there’s plenty of variety in colors to do basic projects. The only problem I have with it is that the spools of thread cannot be stored upright. I would like to be able to see the numbers on them at a glance, but if you stack them with the numbers on top, they’re too tall to shut the case all the way! Besides that, it’s a great place to start for cross stitching/embroidery. You might still need to buy a few extra colors if you’re looking to do something specific, but I’ve found close enough matches in this kit for everything I’ve worked on so far. ... show more

    • Excellent starter set, all you need is a pattern and Aida to cross stitch
Color: Multicolored
I honestly wanted this just for the thread; I bought some cross stitch patterns and planned to use it to relax in the evenings away from social media. I have needles and so on already, but didn't need them as everything is in the box. You have a pincushion, needles, scissors, and needle threader! I ordered this kit over others because the threads have DMC numbers, were already on bobbins, and had 250 colors so I should be able to get some stitching in before I need other colors. They were sorted by color so I emptied them all out and sorted by number, making a list of what I had at the same time. After filling each box in turn from my sorted piles, I put a note on each level so I'd know what numbers were in that one. I've started my first pattern and had most of the colors! If you end up needing more than one skein, you will need to get DMC since these are not sold individually. Colors may not perfectly match, but I'm amusing myself, not looking to please the cross stitch police! I am very pleased with the quality, sheen, and how well the thread sews without tangling. It's excellent for the price. ... show more

    • Great set for making bracelets!
Color: Multicolored
I got this for my daughter and her friends who love making bracelets at camp during the summer. It was a big hit with a lot of colors. The carrying case makes it perfect to take with her. She loved that all the thread is already wrapped around the plastic cards so she didn't need to do that. The thread is a little thicker - perfect for bracelets. She also used it to embroidery a t-shirt, but it is too thick to use with seed beads. ... show more
