Loved the variety of colors and cute little tools that came with it, but most of all I loved the clear see through box. Spools are well organized and easily accessible. The box is stackable so if you buy more in the future you’re not going to waste storage space. The seller packed everything to make sure nothing breaks in the shipping and I was very impressed and pleased with the purchase. Will definitely come back for more when I run out.

The media could not be loaded. I have previously purchased New Brothread and always been pleased at how the thread stitched out. Also like the pricing. So when I needed to restock my thread, once again I went back to New Brothread. My new thread stitches as well as always. Love the assortment of colors but I’m impressed with the changes too. First there is now a little thin area on the base of the spool that you can cut a slit in to hold your thread end. No more loose threads everywhere! Also the threads came in a nice sturdy case. It will be perfect both for storage and esp useful for when I travel with my embroidery machine. A bonus pair of snips and a marker were included! Very pleased with this purchase. And most importantly the thread still sews great!

I do not use a machine. I loved the colors and so far it works well for all of the projects I need it for. The carry case is a nice bonus however just make sure it's sealed properly or it may not stay closed. So far so good.

I just got a smartstitch let me tell you my support group is AMAZING! they've really helped me in getting to know my machine. answering all my questions and also letting me know the best brand of thread and or anything I need for my machine they've sent me the links to my stabilizers,thread ,the 3D puff.
