I also needed it to withstand toddlers playing. You just unroll this and fluff it out. It provides a soft landing for young kids and it's stain-resistant. Bought this for my kitchen. Was tired of the individual rugs being moved constantly by these 2 pups I got. Does need a non slip rug pad. But color is great, thickness is decent, flattened out nicely after folding it opposite direction and vacuuming. I'm happy.

I purchased this in Taupe and 8x10. I had previously purchas one similar about 14 years ago at Sam's club. It was similar color and same size for about $20.00 more than I paid for this one. This carpet was NOT made as good. This carpet was thinner. It is softer than the one purchased at Sam's club. After running the vacuum over it a handful of times this carpet kinda looks unraveled on the tips of the carpet. For the price it is not bad. I wanted a solid color rug with no pattern. After looking around I found that hard to find in the size I wanted. It serves it purpose and still looks good after lots of foot traffic and two big dogs laying all over it.
