Okay, so some of the reviews I read were not good. I was apprehensive. But it was on flash sale for $40. So I thought what do I have to lose. I bought some rug tape, to make sure it didn't roll up. I laid out the rug and no rolling at all. It's really thick and soft. It feels like a memory foam underneath. I am so happy I took the chance. I wish it came in solid colors because I would buy one for every room in the house. My only complaint, the smell. It smelled awful when it came out of the package. I don't know if it was the plastic or what. But I rolled it up and put it in the dryer with a lot of dryer sheets. Now I smell nothing. But for a beautiful, thick, large area rug for $40 I would definitely buy again! I can't say enough how much I love this rug! ... show more

Like a lot of products on this website, you get what you pay for. The fibers are long and hard to clean so I would say plan for a clean area to put it on, that doesnt need frequent cleaning. It is very very soft. So soft, it feels kinda slippery and weird on the feet. I use it to sit on the floor so it's fine for me. It is rather thin but what would you expect at this pricepoint. I had bought another rug on here of the same cost/quality and i like this one much better. Yes it has an odor and itโ€™s thin but for the cost itโ€™s pretty nice. I was hoping it would be cushier from the description but itโ€™s not really. I do like it overall.
